Recent research paper (think US) that a client shared last month demonstrated sustained troll activity on a BB had less than a 0.5% impact in the first fortnight dropping to less than 0.1% impact after one month.

No research data is available beyond one month. Maybe the troll(s) currently attacking TERN plc will make themselves available for interview when we hit over 50 pence in 2019.

Research confirmed trolls do not attack BAD COMPANIES. Sustained troll attacks are because someone bet incorrectly on the direction of the share price at sometime in the past.

Slingshot to the moon (DA).. in the finishing straight?

Tern is like a Saturn rocket at Cape Kennedy
3 enormous rocket engines have been strapped to it. Their names are Intel, Microsoft and Thales. Their starting to rev up...

The trolls have put some feeble wire mesh over the rocket to try and keep it grounded.

The countdown has started.....

Who's your money on?

Darron's pitch:

at 8m50s he says:

.
.. solving a real problem....
Microsoft can't do it on their own..

So we've invested heavily in Microsoft in the last 9 months or so ...

That's now paying dividends for us...

We originally chose AWS .... but now we're back at Microsoft...

My takeaway from the Microsoft release is "develop partnership further..."

CEO Darron Antill

“We are very happy to develop our partnership further and the integrated value of our KeyScaler platform with Microsoft Azure IoT. Our customers are demanding it to solve real IoT application and device security problems,” he said.

So much banked collateral not currently reflected in the TERN plc share price.

Device Authority enhances IoT security platform KeyScaler for Microsoft Azure IoT and announces HSM Access Controller

Device Authority, a global leader in Identity and Access Management (IAM) for the Internet of Things (IoT), today announced its latest KeyScaler software release with more support for Microsoft Azure IoT and a new solution for managing Hardware Security Modules (HSM).
Device Authority continues to innovate their KeyScaler platform for seamless integration with the leading IoT and Cloud platform providers. Most recently Microsoft Azure IoT has been in the spotlight with more customers and partners requiring an end-to-end service offering to enhance and manage their security operations which help them to accelerate and leverage their investments in IoT implementations. KeyScaler reduces complexities and risk through automation for device registration, onboarding, provisioning and management of credentials for IoT devices that connect to Azure IoT Hub. These security enhancements prevent the cloning of devices connected to Azure, and also provides secure soft storage to protect keys.
Device Authority’s latest software release, KeyScaler 6.5, introduces a new solution called “HSM Access Controller”. This solution delivers granular authentication and authorization controls for IoT devices and enterprise services connecting to HSM platforms, extending KeyScaler APIs to include common HSM operations, such as key generation, data signing, data crypto, and key storage. The development of the HSM Access Controller originated from a requirement by a medical device customer to prevent unauthorized access to critical HSM infrastructure. There is an opportunity for HSM vendors to monetize this solution by offering an HSM as a Service model and solving another Enterprise IoT challenge that their customers are facing for IoT use cases.
“The Device Authority team continues to receive requirements from customers to provide seamless integrations between KeyScaler and Microsoft’s Azure services to manage their IoT security. With KeyScaler 6.5 we have further improved our Security Suite for Azure to enhance our synergies with Microsoft. The HSM Access Controller has great potential for our HSM partners and their customers,” said James Penney, CTO of Device Authority.
CEO Darron Antill further endorses the importance of the Microsoft Azure IoT services and the Device Authority Security Suite for Azure being tightly coupled to solve real Enterprise IoT use cases and security challenges ‘end to end’ for its medical, automotive and industrial customers. “We are very happy to develop our partnership further and the integrated value of our KeyScaler platform with Microsoft Azure IoT. Our customers are demanding it to solve real IoT application and device security problems,” he said.

When is the joint webinar between Device Authority and its partner Microsoft?

Sounds really good to have such a recognised and respected global partner. Need to say it again...
