DA happy to mention the car angle even back then...

When you realise you have created a “secret sauce” which promises to resolve a growing problem and so could well have mass market potential, life’s bound to get a bit exciting.

Darron Antill certainly believes that’s what he has, in the form of a patented, automated plug-and- play platform that addresses the growing security challenges of identity and access management for devices.

Because the chief executive of Device Authority points to predictions that by 2020, a quarter of all identified security breaches will involve the Internet of Things; breaches that could affect large-scale, security-sensitive industrial, healthcare and transportation environments.

“We are not talking about the consumer end of the IoT, such as being able to manage your central heating or put the kettle on remotely,” he points out. “This is about smart city initiatives, self-driving cars and medical robots that carry out operations. So having the right level of security couldn’t be more important.

In many ways DA just has to convince the global-based development partner to embed/incorporate KS (the 'secret orange sauce') in the onboarding/device provisioning/authentication/scalability/device and credentials life cycle management, and Bob's your uncle. The customers of the likes of Intel, Microsoft and Thales are already in place. Cheque books at the ready.

Firms keep on signing up to Microsoft Connected Car
An example from today:

“Global automakers are looking for practical, scalable ways to innovate in the car,” said Asaf Weisbrot, Chief Commercial Officer at Otonomo. “Our collaboration with Microsoft will allow them to offer new, high-demand services to drivers faster than ever before. Microsoft’s cloud can handle the heavy lifting of ingesting huge volumes of sensor and usage data from connected vehicles. The Otonomo Data Services Platform makes that data more valuable by reshaping it for multiple use cases, managing consent for personal services, and dynamically anonymizing it for services based on aggregate car data.”

The Otonomo Platform is designed to protect both drivers and commercial interests, with secure data management and granular controls over what data gets shared anonymously or associated with a specific vehicle. The Otonomo Consent Management Hub provides a simple, straightforward process for drivers to grant or revoke permission for specific services that consume personal automotive data. In addition, the Otonomo Dynamic Anonymization Engine protects driver privacy with a sophisticated combination of techniques, applied on a use-case basis, to make anonymous automotive data more usable and valuable for a diverse range of applications and services. OEMs will be able to take advantage of integrations between the Microsoft Connected Vehicle Platform and these two critical capabilities for safeguarding driver privacy. They will also be able to extract aggregate data more easily to accelerate speed to market for new applications of bulk, anonymized car data.

“Car makers will benefit from Otonomo’s integration to the Microsoft Connected Vehicle Platform on Azure to enable easier data sharing and value creation options,” said Tara Prakriya, General Manager of Azure IoT Mobility and Connected Vehicle at Microsoft.

A 10 trade at 10 o'clock - spooky.

I think it means there's never going to be any more news ever.

Note on L3 IG absolutely dead today.

Almost all activity was on IG yesterday with correlation to increased filtered troll postings.

Someone worried - if I recall share price actually went up yesterday.

Must try harder if you are a paid troll.

Agree with many need an official RNS after some 5 months sharing the incredible progress made across the portfolio to anyone new looking in.

Well one things for sure, companies don’t go on a recruitment drive unless they have the cash to pay for it. So, something is going on I would say. Hope we hear soon!
..........................

Yep no problem with cash, the LTH nutters will get milked again soon to pay for the splurge of salaries, via a " loan"

Loans are us

It would appear from the evidence what was once a trickle 12 months ago is now creating a breaking wave.

As many have articulated we just need that RNS to drop we will quickly rerate to a true value.

Yes and now it's working reliably at Intel (live demo of the robot, onboarded in less than 1 minute), ARM, Dell VmWare etc., .... the FIDO alliance (their new IoT working group) are bound (IMO) to impose Intel SDO as the new standard, on all its members.
Global penetration (and, to my mind, a very rapid client take-up, with many sensors and devices crying out for it)
