22/7/2018 17:48 | We get a mention in TradeArabia which is basically the Thales press release. hxxp://tradearabia.c I especially like this from Cindy Provin, chief executive officer of Thales eSecurity - "Our partnership with Device Authority enables us to solve the device authentication, integrity and data privacy challenges that are impeding IoT deployments, by creating a hardened system for issuing and managing device credentials and keys that are essential to creating a root of trust and enhancing patient safety for customer IoT projects.” It is THE solution to the problem and health won't be the only application either. This is a generic solution. Plenty more to come. | mike routhorn

22/7/2018 17:32 | As we all know, software companies don't get bought and sold based on their NAV! All software businesses are valued on the patented coding which provides the computer engine with it's power or protection. The DA and TERN model is SAAS so we receive small royalties on each and every time the software programme is activated. This income becomes very large where multi-national companies are using our programmes with their clients and partners. This is now providing exponential growth across the globe as the likes of Microsoft, Amazon, Thales, Comodo , Dell etc all use more and more of our unique KeyScaler technology to protect their vast systems. The actual sale value of DA, and the other TERN companies is growing by the day and an eventual sale of that business will be truly company transforming for TERN. I'm not expecting fireworks in the EOY update due shortly; revenue will have been growing strongly now for months but the NAV is, and will be, irrelevant and immaterial to my investment here. That is the point that the thick knockers and shorters don't get! Bless. NAV is completely irrelevant to a software SAAS business but they can't understand complicated stuff! | philjeans

22/7/2018 17:09 | Oh dear Nav fell last time. Probably same again this time.... They already ramped up the DA valuation in 2016..... Internet of things investor Tern said it swung to an annual loss as the value of its investments fell. The company booked a pre-tax loss of £1.7m, compared to a £5.3m profit in 2016. The company said the strengthening of sterling throughout the year against the US dollar resulted in a £0.8m forex loss on its investment in portfolio company Device Authority. The company maintained the US dollar valuation of Device Authority, following a £6.1m increase in 2016. It also experienced an increase in legal fees as it added new companies to its portfolio and an increase in directors' fees. 'With our transitional changes now complete, Tern's management and directors anticipate that 2018 will represent a period of net asset value growth for Tern,' the company said. 'We anticipate this to be achieved via the business expansion of our portfolio companies and the addition of one or more investments in new portfolio companies.' | riot2
22/7/2018 17:09 | Is everyone aware that Keyscaler is available on the PTC Marketplace as a add-on(extension) for the Thingworx platform, it might not of been mentioned before because it doesn’t tie into the Keyscaler being vital ramping that went on, but it is available on there now. Other Extensions are available. You will find it on page 7. | stead41

Simples. If you bought in below the current NAV then you can say that with confidence. Remember that it has been mentioned that most of the 191 club bought into Tern back when the share price was 2.5p(ebomber’s words not mine), obviously these same people want to attract new investors and get them to pay way over the company’s current NAV. | stead41
22/7/2018 16:13 | Letse see who is right...ebomber or Loughton. As always Loughton is so rude. Looking forward to a great 2 months for Terners!! | goofrob
22/7/2018 16:08 | Rogue is not the word I'd use. Ebumber is nothing but a lying idiot con artist. If the height of your 'career' is opening and closing doors, you would have to be mad to believe a word the idiot clown says. | loughton

22/7/2018 15:53 | eBomber22 Jul '18 - 14:07 - 110583 of 110585 0 4 1 Interesting post andrea on “price to sales ratio valuations” based on actual example data on emerging companies in the tech sector that are now world wide established giants. The price to sales ratio calculation can be done by dividing the company's market capitalization by its total sales over a 12-month period. Price-to-Sales Ratio (P/S Ratio) can also be calculated on a per-share basis by dividing the stock price by sales per share for a 12-month period. On that basis Just a single investee company is Device Authority. Published Projected Revenue on the assumption of 1% market share in 2021. Trust these projections will be confirmed, revised and exceeded in coming weeks. 2018 - $5,106,600 2019 - $10,805,000 2020 - $20,342,400 2021 - $33,413,300 hxxp://uscapglobalse Source: USCP Prospectus dated August 2017 (12 MONTH OLD PROJECTED SALES FIGURES) These are published and projected baseline numbers dated August 2017 that take no account of the considerable progress made in just the last 12 months. This guy is as rogue as they come. These projections were only if the fundraise was fully successful. These are the words the company used relating to the projections in the fundraise. Pro forma data is contingent upon a successful and full completion of the proposed $10,000,000 Offering and execution by management team. Ps. This is not a deramp it is information provided by DA for all to see. | stead41
