Now I know why so many AIm shares are being hammered the margin rules are changing big time in four days

Traders with open positions can no longer use shares as collateral to cover their margin

So you have massive distressed selling going on in May illiquid shares

So any one not effected by this has an opportunity to pick up some really really cheap stock after this stops in a few days there should be quite a bounce back !!!!

Wyld isn't for just emergencies, imagine each mobile acting as a mini mast and sharing network. You will get better connectivity, signal, less masts required, easier roll out etc....On the back of that the services you can offer ie a true e city. Your mobile comms with street light was one example posted here. I am sure others can highlight many other uses.

A contingency plan is always needed especially in high risk areas such as nuclear plants or highly sensitive banking and financial companies where failure leads to huge damage

Also if the Mesh is for emergency situations what would be charged for and when? Do you sell a package that might be used or give it away and charge if it is used? I can see if it’s an event you hire/buy it for the event but if it’s for bomb incident when needed for just a few hours on rare occasions how would that work?

Well that would be interesting but I would think DA is more likely to be an option for Wyld.
Selling keyscaler with Wyld bolted on somehow feels wrong, it’s then a different product to what you are marketing.
Now if Thales wanted to launch a Mesh healthcare product secured by keyscaler that would be very desirable.

I would love it IF wyld was licenced into keyscaler as an upgrade, which all the DA global partners could use.

Would be a great way for AS to leverage all those globals very quickly to maximum effect, and would still benefit Tern after a DA sale.

As a master strategist I'm sure he has already covered this.

Income from Amazon AWS.... been available for a year... Revenue nil.

If they had any revenue, DA would have been able to raise themselves. No one wanted to touch it with a bargrpole.

Like Wshak said if its so good why didnt Johnma and his friends approach them direct?

Basically the current TERN share price values DA at £160m. Crazy....

One of the fascinating things that Al Sisto wrote in the September 2017 interim report was the following, about Wyld. I hadn't realised he had said this, but if still valid, strongly implies the use of Wyld in one or more of Tern's other investee companies:

"Several new IoT product companies have been reviewed and an initial acquisition identified with Heads of Terms signed with Wyld, a company providing mesh networking. It is expected that this will not only be a standalone commercial opportunity but will be used to help other Tern portfolio of companies extend their offerings".

Only AS knows that. It was 26 July in 2016 and 4 September in 2017. We just have to wait and see when this year's report is issued which as an LTH is not a concern for me.
