The B.B. is on the Internet and part of retail investor’s research, if not then why does anyone waste time on here.

I do agree with you that people shouldn’t use these BB’s to make decisions and they should go to Tern’s website and DA’s website etc. The problem with this is that the NAV is actually 5p and DA is valued at £9.7m, Flexiops with Wyld is £78k, revenue is minimal, etc. You can now see the problem with people believing in BB’s over proper research, when people voice their findings from doing real research the name calling starts and it gets nasty.

If you want Tern to update the valuations of it’s portfolio then you need to speak to them.

Of course people buy shares after ramping on advfn/twitter. Look at ctag, ukog etc etc

If you did research, u shud read rns. If you call reading all the cut n paste garbage on here research, well its not, as 90% are lies/totally unrelated/spin.

Share register is useful as you can compare it from a month ago to last week and see how much barclays nominees has reduced.

meganxmas, Agreed, it is a lot of time, money and effort and it only gives you a snapshot in time. I think journeysend recently posted the top 50 from Bloomberg.

Not sure shareholder register would show much as many will be holding via nominees. Mine are via selftrade /equiniti.

Call the registrars (01252 821390) and they'll send you a form. The form mimics s116 Companies Act 2006. Complete the form and pay the fee c.£65.00 to the registrars. Tip let them get approval from the company first before paying. You need to state why you would like a copy of the register. They will then approach the company with your completed form for approval. The company have to agree or get a high court order to prevent sending you a copy within 5 days. If you are timely with everything you can get it inside a week.

Jamonit, it’s an option, but I suspect there are decent people on that B.B. and I’m not a destroyer by nature, I would rather build.

Riot/log whoever they are take and never give. They try and look like they give but really they take from others efforts to build. They add nothing to make the World go around smoothly, nasty little people with too high of an opinion of themselves and importance.

Sorry chaps. Like many others on here I’ve heavily researched the Tern portfolio of companies. Took the opportunity to buy a couple of million shares in the 2-3p range, to add to a couple of million I’d already gathered, and happy to continue to add as I free up funds.

Looking forward to the continued growth of Device Authority and the other portfolio companies, and the addition of more portfolio companies. Best exposure to the explosive IOT markets in the UK. Multiple chances to win big and every investment added further derisks my investment. Got to love that.
