Take that client base at Comodo Assume, each business buys 3 new EV certificates per year Imagine that DA negotiates a revenue cut of 3% for making that PKI platform secure (3% of annual revenue) So DA gets: 199 ($ per year/certificate) x 700000 x 3 x 0.03 = $12.5m in annual revenue so mkt cap of DA on a P/E of 30 (from 1 client Comodo in a full year) = $376m 42% for tern's (small) shareholders = a tern mkt cap of $157m (£114m) I can’t believe this has been going around the other BB’s. To many unknowns to even try and come up with a figure. So this says, 100% of their existing 700000 business customers will want the IoT platform, this could even be as low as 1% or less in reality.
