I'm beginning to suspect a 'Speeding Ticket' event is actually the most strongest of buy signals .. not that 'we' needed one ! Last weeks event has inadvertently made it significantly more difficult for those that IF indeed still short to cover positions as any weaker positions reacting to the turmoil were subsequently bought by knowledgeable LTH's or New Investors who saw it as an unexpected buying opportunity .. as they say; a fool and his money are soon parted and boy we've had some fools appearing here .. good luck :-)))

Several household names showing up to 'kindly inform us of their concerns'. Known deramprers with form that are paid by the number of responses they illicit.

Please consider filtering them. You are not defending the company by engaging with them, as anybody that would sell or refrain from buying based on a forum post(s) will not be a particularly secure holder and will likely be very short term. Therefore you only ensure that they get paid for their lies by engaging with them. Tern has the portfolio that it has. If you know, you know.

Canaccord Genuity Group Inc are an interesting company - see the links below.

At the Wikipedia link (4th) there is reference in paragraph 5 that Canaccord were involved some time ago (2006)as follows - "In 2006, Genuity Capital Markets co-advised Advanced Micro Devices (AMD) on its $5.4 billion acquisition of ATI Technologies.[20]"

For general interest only and for further research perhaps, to identify if there are any more recent links between Canaccord and AMD, (or other technology co.)

I remember TW spouting the same message on the VRS board last year. He did cause a few to sell and the price did retrace following his comments. However look at VRS now. All time highs. I'm sure those who took TWs advice and sold eitner bought back higher or are kicking themselves for selling.

I read a article about a MR Chow Lung, he basically was manipulating the share price using multiple trading accounts to falsely show that the stock was in demand. It gained 28% in the trading day by his actions, he was only charged for his actions on one occasion, but how many other days did he get away with it and how many others get away with it. So this kind of thing happens.

By the way, the Company was ironically called Tern Properties.

MR I bet they have been short for a while, that rns gave them hope of it turning to profit, so much hope they increased the bet. When us LTH watched our shares drop we just had to sit and wait plus top up the holding, not CFD you got to keep funding the loss or cash in.... house always wins.
