17/6/2018 09:48 | Are the shorters really going to spend a second full day promoting the opinions of a journalist who freely admits he doesn't understand the subject matter (but has strong views anyway)? Do they really imagine that any of the well-researched holders here who DO understand the subject matter are going to be persuaded by such tosh? Dishonest tosh at that. Holders are poised for a great week. | mike routhorn
17/6/2018 09:39 | eBomber17 Jun '18 - 09:31 - 101274 of 101275 0 0 0 In simple terms a shorter requires the TERN plc share price to fall. Therefore a shorter requires a TERN plc long holder to sell to financially benefit. If a shorter is so "underwater" why let lies get in the way of saving yourself from financial ruin! My advice to any shorter is grow some balls and close your position on Monday at 08:00am. You know what is going to happen … otherwise why all the negative comment over the weekend. 85% of TERN plc stock is in the hands of LTH's. Is this the only defence to any questions being raised. If we are not short, where does that leave you. #nonewsisgoodnews #BBrunbyleprechauns | stead41

17/6/2018 09:37 | Pointless in replying as what I said is FACT as AS has already stated in a news release that this will happen. Riot with every post you are proving yourself to be a bigger tool than what I was when I was impatient back in the bad old days but even then I was believing but so impatient that I was coming over as a right tool and SW was probably right to ban me twice. Anyway time to do something nice see you all tomorrow | sweepie2
17/6/2018 09:35 | Yes Jon Penney did buy shares in early April The share price was around 6p then. Around NAV. He's not bought any higher I can see. A lot of the large holders including JohnMa bought almost all their holdings much lower. | loglorry1
17/6/2018 09:35 | eBomber17 Jun '18 - 09:21 - 101270 of 101270 0 1 0 If Device Authority 57% owned by TERN plc was an oiler the money has already been spent on the discovery and infrastructure to extract the product resource. That has happened over the last 3 years. The DA Keyscaler product is extracted and out of the ground. The product is already being sold at the petrol station. The difference is Keyscaler is being sold in the marketplace, right now, by the largest blue chip organisations in the world. The product is so unique it is being integrated into blue chip organisations service solutions. Continuous royalties. DA and Keyscaler are not reliant on the restrictive diameter of the pipe extracting the oil. Keyscaler has moved way beyond that....it is already part of the IoT security infra-structure being sold by salesforces of the worlds biggest blue chip organisations. Device Authority is just one of the TERN plc stable of investments. Is DA the next Microsoft but of the 4th Industrial Revolution. #poundsnotpence #strongandlong You know the value of oil after you extract it to some degree Keyscaler not so much. Who is selling it Worldwide?? What does integrated mean? Is it just that the platforms can support each other. #nonewsisgoodnews #BBrunbyleprechauns | stead41

17/6/2018 09:26 | Ex-Director Jon Penney bought shares in April taking him through the 3% threshold. If he thought the company was overvalued, he would be selling. He hasn't been. | parob
17/6/2018 09:24 | sweepie2: CURRENT asset valuation which is 18 months out of date, could have added there will be an updated one coming with next results, you really do have to try better Sisto went through the valuations in the last AGM meeting and wrote CURRENT on the latest RNS, so with that in mind I would think the £11m is pretty accurate. | stead41

17/6/2018 09:02 | Re the Stream article. "will provide organizations with a robust end-to-end IoT platform for managing, connecting, provisioning and updating devices that is easily scalable and flexible," I thought DA was the only tech that could do this and had the market sewn up? Seems not. There is obviously M&A going on in IoT. There is in all industries esp hi-tech. But at what valuation? If DA was bought tomorrow for $10m your TERN shares would be decimated. I'm not saying DA has nothing I'm questioning the valuation put on it through TERN shares. Doubly so when TERN themselves are telling you their CURRENT asset valuation is £11m. I'll try not to post here too much as contrary to what you might think I don't want to upset people. | loglorry1
