Once IoT devices are installed, there is a duty of care thereafter:

May 22
Over-the-air software updates for IoT devices present companies with product liability and safety opportunities — and challenges

///
Also, we know that OTA gives us the capability to collect data, but does it create or lead to a duty to collect and analyze the data? And if it does, will this lead to a duty to act and how can companies properly handle huge amounts of data in light of product safety?

And when does a company need someone’s consent to launch an OTA software update? This is a big issue when it comes to contractual terms and relationships. In a perfect world, a company would be able to simply push or force a safer software version on a device. However, the product is typically somebody else's property. And what about certain end-of-life aspects? How long does a company actually have to provide OTA software updates for its products in the field?

What is the main takeaway regarding the relationship between OTA software updates and product liability and safety?

Polly: Legal departments in particular should familiarize themselves with both OTA chances and OTA challenges. There are a lot of advantages, but there are also a lot of legal obstacles. It is important to address potential risks making sure that the company, its brand, and its decision makers — who actually make these update decisions — are legally protected.

Apparently many people are addicted to trading cryptocurrency, to such an extent that clinics are being opened to treat them, it`s a disease, cf with the Muppettes , seems they are all suitable cases for addiction too.

Cryptocurrencies are as the name suggests really worthless, they are hugely volatile losing 90 % and winning thousands of % in short order, ramped, moved by p&d gangs, hmmm, why does that ring a bell on this thread?

hahahahahah tomorrow will tell

The problem for you bullsh1tting idiot clowns is that DA keep losing every match 9-0 and are bottom of the league with relegation and administration a certainty.

SW, perhaps my footy analogy might apply here.

If your team signs Ronaldo, Messi and Salah you might expect goals and place bets accordingly but others may wonder whether the three genii will meld into a strike force or just play as individuals with egos.

The first match of the season your team wins 9-0 with all three scoring hat-tricks and all 3 providing all of the assists for the others.

Funny how DA/Cryptosoft has always been worth something 'tomorrow' for years now.

Also funny how the idiot clowns have been wrong with every single post.

Who has been constantly right? Yours truly. I thank you.

DA is completely and utterly worthless.

Re Post 96517

Slide 10, [KeyScaler™ PKI Auto-Provisioning & Management for IoT], includes a reference to:

- Control Panel

* API Services

* Security Events, Alarms,Notifications and Logs

Any thoughts as to the business significance, (if any) of this KeyScaler capability?

The slides at the link below refer to a Presentation by Paul Lockley. Although not dated the link includes a reference to 1/12/2017.

It is likely that the Presentation has been posted previously of the BB - however well worth reading again.

For me, Slides 8, 10, 11, 12, 14, 15, 16, 17, 18, 19, 20 appear particularly interesting.

Who has said these partnerships will allow integration and allow communication to devices with KeyScaler, oh that is us over here. What Devices have KeyScaler? I asked this earlier but again I am a shorter that has been warned the consequences of asking such questions.

I love Dave’s enthusiasm, yes the Business model is on Terns website, but AL Sisto’s plan for DA is to build its business and exposure in America. No mention of sale which is stage 3. Who has said it isn’t in stage 3 all along, the so called shorters or people telling the truth as I like to call them/me.

Worth a repost.

Since DA was valued independently at $75k just over 3 years ago and it's value has obviously dropped to approximately £50k as result of a lack of proper sales (and when converted to Sterling) and Terd owns half of it, it would need to be hoped that the total of the other 'investments' would equal £25k to make the 0.01p valuation. A big ask.
