Your best ignoring him - he only set up the profile to negatively comment on TERN - the reason is obvious - he is short!

DA’s financials are not due until 30th sept with companies house. Tern could just give a update as Al Sisto is a director of both companies after all.

As the majority shareholder, Tern need DA's FY17 financials which may well be reported at end June before they can report their own interims to June 30 sometime thereafter.

Ps, I also have a AMD graphics card installed. It is why this setup is much better than Apple in my opinion, as you can use any make of device or software available, you can upgrade components and memory, Apple is just a throw away device with a relatively short lifespan.

That is probably down to Apple, it is just how they operate, nothing is for free with them.

Did you know iPhone and Samsung pay each other to use each others patented technologies. Whilst being rivals.

If you can separate the computing power behind the tech device or apps then you may understand it. DA is securing the computing power behind the tech device or apps. Thats why you have Intel, AMD on one hand and Microsoft on the other whom DA are working with.

I would of thought DA’s main money earning customer base would be the producers of the devices using IoT like Nest, Philips etc, as the likes of intel, Microsoft etc haven’t really found a way to monetise this market yet, or are having difficulty doing so. Most of the earners from this market place are the manufacturers of the end user products. Maybe this is why tern bought of fundamental VR as this is where it is easier to extract money from this market currently. DA’s partnerships might make its product more relevant but that doesn’t mean it will make it profitable.

Household products are linked via a secure network because of the router isn’t it, so Netgear must provide security for IoT then.

I just don’t see how DA is able to earn money currently, if someone can explain where DA fits into this please feel free to explain. If Tern said Nest are going to use DA’s KeyScaler to secure its devices then I can see how it works.

Jamonit, if Al Sisto is 'looking forward' to releasing this information, and apparently he is, then one must assume it is going to be rather good :)

I have never heard of a company before whose directors get 10% of any portfolio company sales, ffs they get paid enough to do their job anyway!

How is my Trojan Horse doing?

gab147..Can't remember where it was said but that's the end of H1 and that is where they said things will be on track, maybe someone else on here can remember why the end of June is a date for news.

Cmackey they used to say the 40% coming back to Shareholders would be a mix of dividend and share price increase through share buy backs - I am not sure if that is still the case - it would be an interesting question to ask the company
