Thanks for that post E Bomber, reading what a company the size of GCE are saying about InVMA and their growing partnership into other areas of connected products and operations, you think the current TERN price of 20p could be based on this alone. So much upside here it is almost frightening

You believe that a multi millionaire would post ramps daily about a penny share on a freebb, and that he is adding millions of shares without the need to post an RNS each time he goes above his holding of 6% of the company.

IoT Solution Provider, InVMA, has successfully completed the production of the Clarity Connected Care Platform for medical device manufacturer, GCE Healthcare .
IoT Solution Provider InVMA is pleased to announce that GCE Healthcare has launched Clarity™, a secure online platform that enables home oxygen providers to remotely monitor GCE's Zen-O™ range of portable oxygen concentrators (POCs). Thanks to the platform, GCE Healthcare can enable home oxygen providers, and provide patients and their families instant access to information from flow to oxygen purity, device location and battery life. In this way they can:-

Monitor device performance and carry out predictive maintenance
Optimise assets, ensuring patients have the right device
Help patients manage their adherence to prescription
Track device location using GPS and GSM technologies
InVMA developed Clarity for GCE Healthcare using PTC's ThingWorx® Industrial Innovation Platform and facilitated the delivery of the project by bringing together an ecosystem of partners.

The connectivity hardware within the Zen-O™ devices was designed by CoCom in the UK using Intel® Technology. Connectivity is provided by Stream Technologies' global roaming SIM and managed through their IoT-X™ platform.

An additional security layer to protect patient confidentiality will be provided by Device Authority's KeyScaler™ platform enabling secure device onboarding, authentication and key rotation.

InVMA Managing Director, Patrick Nash commented: "This project is an important milestone in GCE and InVMA's history. Using PTC's Industrial Innovation Platform, ThingWorx, we have significantly reduced GCE's time to market while accommodating changes resulting from direct customer feedback. Our Agile methodology has accommodated several iterations and together positioned GCE in the market with a superior product."

Data obtained from the devices will not only improve patient care, but significantly improve the operational effectiveness and efficiency of asset management and field service. The project is expected to positively impact on GCE Healthcare's service quality and sales of the Zen-O™ range of devices.
GCE Healthcare Group Product Manager, Donald Oleforo commented: "This project has moved GCE into the world of connected healthcare with new services and revenue streams based on a secure and scalable platform. It has significantly improved our offering to our customers, the patients we serve, and their clinicians. True partners through this journey, InVMA have an open style and don't rest until the product is right. Any relevant news relating to any of the portfolio companies will be issued by Tern by either posting it on Terns website or via A RNS, this depends on the importance of the news or if it holds financial detail. This is Sisto’s word again back in april.

So now you should be able to filter out the irrelevant news that gets posted by the over enthusiastic by seeing if Tern has issued any statements to confirm there findings.

So any news relating to any revenue or any which could have any financial effect will be issued via RNS.
