Just to add I use Heikin Ashi candles on my chart, judging by their look it's highly doubtful that it will go much lower. But it's all just tea leaves eh?

Small buys are moving the offer which surely suggests that this mornings decline is more of a tree shake rather than selling based.

Yes jamonit, so what do you do ignore what happens and curse its stupidity or accept it?
I'm in for the long haul, only adding not selling but if I get more near the placing it's like getting free shares as it will be up from around there.

Actually, the share price movement has created an unexpected advantageous movement for anyone looking to buy for the first time, or add. The company fundamentals remain rock solid, even more so now with the extra cash Tern have available. From yesterday's rns:

"As promised at our AGM and our shareholder call on 26 April 2018, we will continue to provide regular updates on the progress being made by our portfolio companies which is the key value driver for Tern."

Expect news at any time - a surprise blockbuster could even arrive!

jamonit, chicken and egg. I suspect lots of those that have been buying in big, on the placing announcement put limit orders in for around the placing price and now the mm's are heading to fill them. I don't think that's chart talk creating a situation. Historic prices and levels happen on blue chip's as well.
I often think the market works to a inner beat, like people sitting in a silent room for ages, then two or more start to speak at the same time.

Owned TERN shares for a while last year, bought at 7p, sold at 5p. Ouch. Now back in around 23p. I work developing IoT technology (not related to Tern in any way) - the future looks good, very good. I agree with the great optimism around here, just a little patience is required.

How many people in the last 6 weeks have been shaken out by this tactic only to see the price race north again?

When can we expect DA to issue a new set of profit forecasts and an update on H1 2018 (actual earnings)
Somewhere between July and September?
The fund raise washout (?) isn't helping the cause either.

People want to see dollar signs...

Even if DA hooked up with 20 or 30 major IT players, if no one at DA (or TERN) speaks of earnings, those first two facts will be like millstones round our necks

Revenue is undoubtedly coming in at DA, but we haven't seen a penny of it yet.


Patience till the summer one supposes...

This period (May till September) is also time for a cassette recording I reckon. Al Sisto telling would-be suitors, sorry DA is not for sale at the price you're bidding. OR the same reply with his Tern hat on, one supposes.

Can buy 250k online with the usually tight halifax, clearly the placing stock being dumped at any price above 18.5p
