If true, placing stock holder now left with just 2% (circa 4.5 million) of all TERN plc shares. No holding RNS required ................

ALL 5 million shares already sold in last 1.5 trading sessions.

Will they hold balance or sell into strength? A number of LTH's who post on this BB have larger holdings.

Welcome the return to an upwards share price trend now this event behind us and TERN plc £1.75 million better off.

A 5m sell is either from the placing or by Johnma. The former wouldn't generate a holding RNS, the latter would. I don't expect an RNS. Maybe Johnma could confirm.

Bought some more as stock levels will be getting smaller and it will be harder and harder to buy any, placing stock will be gone by tomorrow, news could come anytime soon.
