You saw an overhang that wasn't there any more, the 500k trades are ADVFN's system sodding up when reporting a delayed late trade from Friday, it is delayed hence the 12.00hrs print and the other shows the correct time, one will be moved to the correct time and day, the other cancelled in the next couple of days

The equity fundraise has been announced today to allow TERN plc to make an additional acquisition in part or whole to the already impressive IOT stable.

I look forward, in the coming days to welcome the RNS that confirms another strategic purchase that the excellent management team can add value.

Least we know likely to be in next month or 20 trading sessions.

I don't think the placing came about for any other reason than closing deals on a couple of dragons den investments. I suspect, nay would hope they raised more than they think they need to close the deals.
I'm excited to see what it is and figure out where they fit in the IT world in the future.
