According to Kachur, "Vulnerabilities are being exposed every day, and an ecosystem or organization needs to be able to react quickly by updating certificates to protect their devices and/or mitigate an attack."

Comodo is extending the utility and completeness of its IoT certificate solution through an active partner program. The company has already teamed up with Device Authority, a leader in IoT security, for the automated provisioning and management of PKI certificates.

"We are delighted that Comodo has selected KeyScaler to integrate with its IoT PKI security platform," said Darron Antill, CEO of Device Authority. "The industry will benefit tremendously from the automation and management features that Device Authority and Comodo are bringing to market."

A take out of DA now is probably not in our interests unless an astronomical figure (£500 milllion +) is tabled .Don’t see it personally, maybe a £50 million cheeky bid...?
In my view unlikely as products are only at the starting gate, sales wise.
Let the market absorb and reflect what is happening and let fair value based on projected revenues emerge over the next 12 months.
Much better in my view to have a share price of 50p in a year , then be taken out for a big forward earnings multiple based on confirmed exponential growth 2020-25 ,95% driven by our global partners. Then, accept the £billion offered.....

sandbag, I reckon they'll talk to the press etc after they have given us an update on where we are and they don't appear to want to do that just yet.

We've been told there are multiple deals being discussed and some have already been signed.

One thing is very obvious from the newsflow thus far and that is that they appear to have no need of the press or any other cheerleader to get an audience with people who matter.

And neither does the share price apparently.

Unloved and undervalued is an under statement at sub £16 million market capitalisation (based on mid-price) for TERN at close today.

Just a single investee company is Device Authority whose Published Projected Revenue on the assumption of 1% market share in 2021.

2018 - $5,106,600
2019 - $10,805,000
2020 - $20,342,400
2021 - $33,413,300

USCP additional information pack highlighted the size of the overall IOT cyber market in 2021. IAM as a subset of that was $5 billion. DA have subsequently highlighted $3 billion of the $5 billion being their addressable market at August 2017.

If we consider TERN valuation today based on some fundamentals I agree with Johnma that the 57% TERN holding of DA today is circa £50 million.

2018 DA Valuation £90 million (Tern share circa £50 million)
2019 DA Valuation £180 million (Tern share circa £100 million)
2020 DA Valuation £360 million (Tern share circa £200 million)
2021 DA Valuation £540 million (Tern share circa £300 million)

IMHO based on aforementioned calculations TERN share price TODAY has scope to move to the 20-25 pence range rather quickly to reflect modest valuation and excludes other investments already in the TERN stable.

Great LTH entry point at 9 pence in the morning with considerable upside.
