They could float DA now and raise £10m for just 10% or so equity in DA imo.

Anyway, big webinar Wednesday.
The Corporates will be all over TERN now trying to get in to do deals.

Kiwi: I do hope AS is on the case. It would be excellent management to show us that he is by pulling the raise.

The longer he waits, either he isn't as on the ball as he should be, or the market has become over excited about prospects.

Pulling the raise will send such a positive message to the market. Leave it open and doubts have to linger.

I'll tell you why TERN need to cancel the US DA $10m Raise, like yesterday, is the Gemalto Announcement has changed the story here and the valuation dramatically.

But if I had a spare 100k i'd be trying to grab a chunk of it!!

Also it looks unprofessional to have it still going on and 'no takers' doesn't look good.

Gemalto set the blue touch paper, the per share value in the US prospectus is about 5 times too cheap now.

I'm sure A.S is on the case, so no need to worry.

Intel or Thales would be grand partners to take an equity stake in DA.

Lets see what happens.
