what I was thinking may be a possibility is, IF we have a few parties looking/discussing to buy DA and the cheapest bidder is rebuffed, could they then buy tern to also benefit, as DA is a private company I'm not sure if this could happen ?

Stock bashing: "This scheme is usually orchestrated by savvy online message board posters (a.k.a. "Bashers") who make up false and/or misleading information about the target company in an attempt to get shares for a cheaper price. This activity, in most cases, is conducted by posting libelous posts on multiple public forums. The perpetrators sometimes work directly for unscrupulous Investor Relations firms who have convertible notes that convert for more shares the lower the bid or ask price is; thus the lower these Bashers can drive a stock price down by trying to convince shareholders they have bought a worthless security, the more shares the Investor Relations firm receives as compensation. Immediately after the stock conversion is complete and shares are issued to the Investor Relations firm, consultant, attorney or similar party, the basher/s then become friends of the company and move quickly to ensure they profit on a classic Pump & Dump scheme to liquidate their ill gotten shares. (see P&D)"

I'll be honest: I don't understand why some peeps are selling at these prices, when Device Authority is fully in stage 3 and is going to be sold for a fortune in the next few months. But, each to their own, and all the best from me :-)

I'm very pleased that AS is now running this spaceship and not AF. I think we will get a lot more money paid for Device Authority. AS is a wonderful deal maker and I'm sure that he will engineer a superb financial outcome.

Widen the spread to justify dropping the price, DAVE
why would the warrants get triggered surely I would be buying in the open market unless you are suggesting that the price jumps to 20-25 between now and when they lapse? Which would justify them being exercised

L3 still strong but very difficult to secure anything of 100,000 plus. However, suppose those 100,000 shares are now worth £9k where just 3 weeks ago £3k to buy.

Value always comes out and have some way to go to reflect current true value.

I was under the impression that warrants were an option to buy at a certain price before a certsin date.

I don't think there is any compulsion to buy them and as such they are not 'triggered' so much as 'become a good idea'.

If the share price is 12p on the day the warrants expire it may be a good idea for the warrant holders but it may not be. If the price is 11p there will be no takers. If the price is north of 12p you might get some takers.

I don't think anyone ought to assume that a 12p share price on warrant expiration day means they will all be bought and there will be millions pouring into Tern coffers.

If the warrants are triggered (which I don't think they will unless we get a big price surge)they would stop any future placings , if A/S can avoid buying anything we would be well funded until orders really start flowing in.
All looking very good still undervalued by a mile .

Pure ramping can go a long way in this case has gone from 3p to 8pThat's enough to show as history repeats it never should have gone this high in the first place Sell now dnt be impaled on the spike like the rampers would like while they exit with profit and still ramp
