Tern Plc (AIM:TERN), the investment company specialising in the IoT ("Internet of Things"), announces it has been informed of the following share purchases of, and transactions in, the ordinary shares of the Company ("Ordinary Shares") by certain directors.

Ian Ritchie, Chairman, via his SIPP, purchased 577,000 ordinary shares at an average price of 3.65 pence per Ordinary Share.

Albert Sisto, CEO, purchased 400,000 shares at 2.8438 pence per share.

Unloved and undervalued is an under statement at sub £15 million market capitalisation (based on mid-price) for TERN at time of writing.

Just a single investee company is Device Authority whose Published Projected Revenue on the assumption of 1% market share in 2021.

2018 - $5,106,600
2019 - $10,805,000
2020 - $20,342,400
2021 - $33,413,300

USCP additional information pack highlighted the size of the overall IOT cyber market in 2021. IAM as a subset of that was $5 billion. DA have subsequently highlighted $3 billion of the $5 billion being their addressable market at August 2017.

Decision time to share this exceptional revenue growth by investing in TERN (57% majority holding in Device Authority).

Great LTH entry point at sub 9 pence.

Be mindful the TERN stable extends well beyond Device Authority and the current price / market capitalisation would indicate much is valued for FREE with absolutely zero premium for future investee company revenues.

At the current rate of purchases and the chart position.I believe we will see 50p within 12 months, if not sooner.Anything sub 10p is an absolute bargain

Trout difficult not to get over excited after 3 years of hard toil, thinking about taking family to Australia next summer for a month! Have 1 daughter in uni and another starting in 3 years and it is getting expensive! So holding for 50p at least!
