Toped up today, bringing my average down further, surely, weve now seen the lowest point. ANY, positive/good news, should imho see the share price move up rapidly, those heady days of above 30p, would be most welcome now, with my AV. Much lower than in previous months.GL all.K

I fully expect them to announce it on Monday even though they have been sitting on it for weeks.

And I would not want to be out of this over the weekend.

Cambradjones, you have my deepest sympathy.
Unfortunately, AIM is dying as disillusioned investors nurse their losses and come to the realisation ( garnered over 15-20 years) that the vast majority of companies are ‘lifestyleR17; businesses for the Directors and that AIM is principally a vehicle to raise cash to fund their lifestyles ( through ever dilutive placings or death spiral financial arrangements).

In c 10 years , TERN hasn’t delivered a single investee exit or returned cash to investors. Rather, they’ve spent millions in funding their lifestyles with salaries completely disproportionate to the business they’re in and their performance in delivering value to shareholders.

The old adage of never falling in love with a stock is never more appropriate than with TERN.

I’m largely out of the market and now pursue direct private equity investments where the board have significant skin in the game, are highly motivated to succeed and where there is significant scrutiny of performance by investors. There’s always risk, but at least all stakeholders are aligned.

It may be worth capturing the actual and projected number of Tern Ordinary Shares issued and possibly issued in the future.

Are the figures below correct?

Most likely scenarios:

AA Shares issued successfully results in the Total at (3)

BB Hard to identify a scenario that results at (4) and delivers BENEFIT
GENERALLY TO ALL SHAREHOLDERS.

Therefore, IMO, the most likely outcome is 544,223,831 shares issued.

1. Shares in issue before Open Offer : 432,700,318

2. Shares issued in Open Offer : 11,523,513

Total : 444,223,831

3. GM Resl. 2/ disapply : 100,000,000

Total issued if all at (3) Placed : 544,223,831

4. GM Right to Issue shares to SHs : 150,000,000
in a Rights Issue or Open Offer

Total issued if all at (3) Placed : 694,223,831
and all at (4) issued

It will be interesting to view the Plan developed by the BOD and Senior Management for the stabilisation and future growth of our Company.

Still no response or even a message acknowledging receipt of my email.

The more i think about it £3m loan is impossible as the loan shark will have 56% of the ownership based on 250m shares and that forces them to make a bid.

Taking out a small loan only buys us a quarter or so and we are back to square one almost as soon as that loan is taken out.

This board is really living hand to mouth taking every penny they can.

Re Posts 354743 / 354744

The purpose of my posts was to try and elucidate the paragraph noting that its inclusion in the Interim Results explained what had happened already and opened the door also to potential use of the facility in the next 12 months.

See the paragraph at Extract below, and the use of the word "currently"

It will be interesting to view any Plans that the BOD and Senior Leadership propose (broadly), for our Company - hopefully before they are implemented.

Extract:

"The Company is currently unable to make further drawdowns under the loan facility until such time as it is able to issue the required warrants as a transaction cost associated with further drawdowns, pursuant to the terms of the loan facility."

I don't believe tern are talking to any shareholders, infact I don't believe a word they say anymore.I have finally sold my entire holding of tern after holding for 5yrs, I've lost a fortune of my very hard earned savings and blame the bod for just about every decision they have made.To say I'm fuming is a understatement, I honestly feel like I've been robbed, I trusted them with my savings and expected them to do the best for their shareholdersIn reality they have just looked after themselves.I'm beyond angry at what has happened here with the great investees we had when I took a position, and to cap it all this is the second time on aim I've been wiped out by a company that's meant to be acting in my best interests.Wish I'd never discovered the stock market to be honest.

Exactly tern management don't want to take the hard decisions they want to take salaries as long as possible and those shareholders tern "continue" to speak to are running the company to the ground as they have the voting power.
