01/7/2024 07:34 | It is pretty obvious they cannot buy because the second tranche to 10/11 has not gone through yet, hence the closed positions. T/M told me in an email that 'Tern have done similar to Wyld and cut costs, by how much is unknown; From the results they had £300k at Year end and since then they have raised roughly £800k and £110k from the warrants , that is over £1.2 million. They had the Wyld warrants to pay and admin costs, and loan repayments. They must hold at least £500k in cash maybe a bit more, if admin casts have been slashed, so plenty of time to get an exit, or sell something. So nowhere near panic stations, but a meeting between holders(or reps of holders) and the Bod needs to be organised, Tully is up for it, maybe stentorian or vitec or someone who will be prepared to ask questions and has the time and some experience to put the bod on the spot and get some answers, they won't be able to answer anything market sensitive , and will use that to fend off answers.. | wardy333
01/7/2024 07:24 | Yes Ricardox...and once the BoD has acknowledged the need to proceed along the lines suggested above; then we PIs should be a primary consideration in any future funding process. | mudbath
01/7/2024 07:21 | Surely shareholders would be embarrassed to be represented by wardy. On the other hand as most are a clueless bunch of dreamers perhaps not! | jonc
30/6/2024 21:15 | My suggestions to Tim.· A reduction in administrative costs of at least 30% this year with a target of 50% next year.· Up until such time there is an exit of an investee where cash is returned to ordinary shareholders, the directors and senior management of Tern to forego salary other than necessary business expenses.· P | ricardox
