I think the automotive tie-up with CyberArk is worth a lot too, with Microsoft in the same alliance
And what about PTC, one of DA's first-ever partners, as is Entrust.. and Venafi (retail segment being targeted).

And Darron commented that customers who went to Crypto Organique, KeyFactor or other competitors.... have been returning to DA, as KA is only one that does the device lifecycle, agnostically (any cloud, any platform, any CA). Also the push in the US, via Homeland Security (the research team in Virginia).

I agree Stentorian, these potential enterprise value vectors (some only a month away?) like automotive via Microsoft & Cyberark, don't equate with a share price of ca. 3p for Tern.

OK, Tern's stake in DA is less than say 2 years ago, but the low-hanging fruit is within arm's reach now, whereas DA did not have an automotive alliance in 2023 (like it has now with Microsoft/CyberArk/Argus, for the past 3-4 months).

So, an historic 17p (... or 51p) Tern SP, for instance, at a higher Tern stake in DA, is not fairly reflected IMO in the current ca. 3p/Tern share price (albeit with a current lower stake in DA) because of that imminent EV landscape.

Especially as the others (Wyld, TM and FvR) are also trees in their own right, with low-hanging fruit!

Limits have weakened you can buy 2.5m shares for under the ask online.

Not 100% sure this is even legal, as yet Device Authority can do nothing, but in time this could become a HUGE ISSUE, when/if DA get the Money to challenge this possible infringement of TRADEMARK/COPYRIGHT.
