FOMO is a wonderful thing. Imagine all the folks who have dumped or vastly reduced their Tern holdings in the last 6 months watching this now (and they will be I can guarantee you that). They will be looking to add back in anticipation of returns to the teens which is very possible in short order. The rise could be self sustaining. A sale must be very very close for any of them but in particular FVR. The American techie behemoths are all over this.

In the last set of accounts (June '23) Tern's value in TM was stated as £2mill.

Based on Jo's estimate of $3 mill rev for this year and IR's statement that AI valuations can be 50x revenue, then Tern's stake in TM could be worth just over £28 mill
which is double the current MC of Tern. Factor in improving revenue traction at DA / FVR and Wyld .......

It appears that the TM results may have been published first in the USA?

Is it possible that the Company is preparing the ground for corporate activity in the USA rather than the UK.

It is noted that no financial figures are provided, however is TM demonstrating a willingness to share some transparency, [for a small private company], that may lead to, or permit, financial or corporate action in the near, medium or longer term in that jurisdiction?

Alternatively, it may be marketing the Company and its Services widely to prime USA entities - noting that it has an excellent shop window with progress as communicated.
