I have been buying shares as and when I can afford it, (ave share price now less than 9p) as I have always believed in the investees ability to grow and become the unicorns that they are now well and truly on the way to becoming.I'll be honest that there have been many times when the BOD have frustrated me, setting false expectations, Pires failure, SVV? timing of placings?, but AS and IR, did identify some wonderful start ups and have the opportunity now to prove that they have the ability still to negotiate true exit values and prove wrong all the doubters

There must be about 7 days z year when they can actually buy if they wanted to. Seems like they have been in a closed position for months now!

Steve, will it be TM or FVR exit first.You wetted my appetite for investing in Tern back in early 2021 (sp circa 20p plus) and at the time some of your predictions did seem a bit of fantasy but now seems not as far fetched.

Wardy333 Makes a very good point, he thinks, "Tern BOD are in a closed position".

If any one of the Investee`s is in Discussion with a Third party in relation to a Bid, then Tern Bod and CEO of any of the Investee`s would not be able to buy Share`s in Tern. That approach could have been made 18 Month`s ago, could be a plausible explanation for Tern BOD reticence in relation to buying Tern Share`s

The above has always given Detractors enough Ammunition to give their Fable`s some credence, which, to be frank, is difficult to deny, unless BOD are indeed, Hamstrung.

Which indicates that an Exit may well be Extremely near.

A 07.00 hrs RNS Whenever it comes will be Earth Shattering.

IR is on record saying tern is way undervalued now though and his re-election is on the cards, he’ll fill his boots if he knows what’s coming.

More fool him if he ignores his own comments.

There was always going to be a transformational period in Tern’s evolution and it appears that we are entering that window where potential meets reality and it will start to get investors just a little excited me thinks ..

Exactly, the potential upside here is phenomenal !This is just the start, fair value is waaaayyyyy north of where we are now.I just hope the bod dont shoot us in the foot again as they always seem to do just when we are beginning to make any headway.

If we assume Tern are going to hold until unicorn value for DA and FVR and that materialises within 12 months what would that translate into per share ?

We then have TM in a market that is Ai mad going for x50 revenues plus !!

And then Wyld which could secure a global deal or be bought by Elon/SpaceX at anytime.
