17/6/2021 19:54 | How many cyber security attacks on UK companies and hospitals and thing’s alike before our government follow president Biden cyber security measures Same question to all industry countries around the world ? | tonyslyfox
17/6/2021 19:45 | Also to get an idea of how much president Biden cyber security will cost the USA, he is giving away 3 billion dollars in subsidies, the true bill will be in double figures and again who do you think will be running 🏃a Answer 1 , John C from his pub Answer 2, DEVICE AUTHORITY Answer 3, Mickey Mouse | tonyslyfox
17/6/2021 19:30 | Tony, what value for a 100% clean sweep for decades !! | still waiting
17/6/2021 19:04 | Tonyslyfox, I think that if DA goes for 5bn then raw maths will be out of the window. Tern will have invested single digit millions and got back single digit billions. A 1000 bagger. How many VC or investment companies have ever produced such a return? It will be assumed that they will be doing this as a matter of course. The remainder of the portfolio will be valued in the billions and the share price will move into strong double digit pounds. And what with DA being the only solution available for large chunks of Biden's edict this scenario is entirely possible, even probable. The Tern listing on the US exchanges may very well be seen by historians as the orchestra tuning up. To be honest, the potential for an explosive re-rate at any moment has surpassed what I originally thought possible here. We're way beyond 'a nice return'. Way, way, way beyond. | mike routhorn
17/6/2021 19:00 | I said conservatively 5 billion of which is less than 5% of cyber security market, but DA have no competition out there. NONE,NOTHING,ZERO,DI 5% is so conservative it’s not real | tonyslyfox
17/6/2021 18:56 | Zephyr presentation this evening stated a 6 week timescale to begin trading on OTC | cmackay
17/6/2021 18:43 | Viewing the Open Orphan presentation this evening. They are undertaking IPO's and also looking at direct sales in their case to 'Big Pharma'. Their CEO explained basically that IPOs in their case take around 3-5 months of planning through to completion. Sales to Big Pharma he says typically take longer. I'm not drawing any conclusions just sharing in case of interest. .....He also made almost the exact same point re valuations in general as Tony above | 1denizen
17/6/2021 18:31 | Just look at Medigate, they seem rather pleased to have secured the services of DA, before the Biden rush ? | still waiting
17/6/2021 18:27 | When TERN looks to valuing DEVICE AUTHORITY it does not just look at what it’s sales are today and what it’s taken in the last tax year like you would a shop,John C pub,or small factory all these businesses can’t grow exponentially like a internet company DEVICE AUTHORITY is a internet company that can grow exponentially and will be valued accordingly, so for instance if DA (Device Authority)make a killing in the USA thxs to president Biden new ruling that all government companies and contractors must follow executive order on improving the nation’s cyber security DA is the only company that can do this on line with the correct certification, so if DA get 20% to30% of USA cyber security work (1-2 $billion)you could then expect Cyber attacks to move to softer targets abroad from USA to Canada and then south America,Europe,Uk,Af The valuation of a internet based company (DA)is not just were the company is now but it’s expectation in the next 5 to 10 years is how you value it and for every billion you value it you can add £1.50 to TERN stock share price So if TERN sale for a very conservative 5 billion the share price will jump to £7.50 This can happen anytime soon tern have said what they want (I which they would tell me lol)but the likes of Microsoft know Keep holding good luck all | tonyslyfox
17/6/2021 18:22 | Exactly. Roll on a trade sale. | still waiting
