This next 'notch-up from the pink sheets' OTC could be 'US-IoT-savvy' recognition at last. US tipsheets will be able to say, you can buy some there.

It's also Sisto saying a final goodbye IMO to his 6-year NAV story of 7 pence for Tern, as the US listing will rocket, if it wants to.

A free rein for a technical valuation of Wyld (Stockholm) ... and now Tern (OTCQB).
No MMs, no London bucket shops, ...

Market forces at long last?

We know Wyld is listing on Nasdaq North in 2 weeks and has been set up with low free float and $150bn of global partners signed up .

So

Me thinks the Wyld publicity on hopefully big gains on news flow will attract attention from the parent Nasdaq in the US which will draw attention to Tern, so how do they then get exposure to Tern and the value gap ?

Yep, US joint listing.

Master stroke imho and timings seem a perfect fit.

This announcement today is an excellent and intriguing development.

Whilst Tern's DA holding will already undoubtedly already be appealing to U.S. investors, perhaps it is indicative of a prospective event that will flag up the appeal even more explicitly.

I know of U.S. investors who have tried to buy UK stocks in the past and found it impossible. I have little doubt that Tim and his colleagues at Newgate with their knowledge and experience of foreign markets have been instrumental in this in addition to AS always saying he wants to see U.S. style valuations. As I say, interesting and intriguing.

Tern have globals running throughout the investment portfolio.

The more global exposure Tern has the better.

Tiny m cap for Tern but global potential with the investees. Just need to hook one global for one of the investees and tern demand in any market will effect the other now.

The mm’s might be able to ignore UK net buy days but when you then have the US to follow on and potential US timed news flow it becomes a whole different ball game.

Games over

So if mms are buying at this rate to move across the pond...it must be undervalued. Two lots of mms wanting to make a profit.

The USA doesn`t have market makers like ours .
