17/6/2021 11:04 | AAA premium justified, now how many times NAV was that. Tern next to rerate to EV’s and some. | still waiting
17/6/2021 11:01 | This next 'notch-up from the pink sheets' OTC could be 'US-IoT-savvy' recognition at last. US tipsheets will be able to say, you can buy some there. It's also Sisto saying a final goodbye IMO to his 6-year NAV story of 7 pence for Tern, as the US listing will rocket, if it wants to. A free rein for a technical valuation of Wyld (Stockholm) ... and now Tern (OTCQB). No MMs, no London bucket shops, ... Market forces at long last? | andrbea
17/6/2021 10:58 | I'm in zphr too, brilliant potential so makes sense to open up here and there to actual money and not just the London plebs | cmackay

17/6/2021 10:48 | So it could coincide with Wyld IPO float, its coming together rather well guys. | oldishrocker
17/6/2021 10:45 | You are not funny enigma, i'd stick to knocking Tern. | mikemichael2
17/6/2021 10:43 | "OTC Markets encourages Issuers to follow these new Guidelines to avoid any potential tier changes or delays in processing. Processing times vary, though applications can be approved within five business days of submission." | ricardox
17/6/2021 10:32 | We know Wyld is listing on Nasdaq North in 2 weeks and has been set up with low free float and $150bn of global partners signed up . So Me thinks the Wyld publicity on hopefully big gains on news flow will attract attention from the parent Nasdaq in the US which will draw attention to Tern, so how do they then get exposure to Tern and the value gap ? Yep, US joint listing. Master stroke imho and timings seem a perfect fit. | still waiting
17/6/2021 10:28 | How quick is the process from filing to actual trading? | buzzzzzzzz
17/6/2021 10:26 | This announcement today is an excellent and intriguing development. Whilst Tern's DA holding will already undoubtedly already be appealing to U.S. investors, perhaps it is indicative of a prospective event that will flag up the appeal even more explicitly. I know of U.S. investors who have tried to buy UK stocks in the past and found it impossible. I have little doubt that Tim and his colleagues at Newgate with their knowledge and experience of foreign markets have been instrumental in this in addition to AS always saying he wants to see U.S. style valuations. As I say, interesting and intriguing. | nick2412
17/6/2021 10:21 | Tern have globals running throughout the investment portfolio. The more global exposure Tern has the better. Tiny m cap for Tern but global potential with the investees. Just need to hook one global for one of the investees and tern demand in any market will effect the other now. | still waiting
17/6/2021 10:18 | Just bought 50k at 24.8 No problem. | buzzzzzzzz

17/6/2021 10:16 | I reckon in the parallel universe Dennis Compton is the glue holding the TERN market together. A bloke called Basil told me,over an awesome bacon butty., with Moon cheese topping. . | emigna2020
17/6/2021 10:15 | Al recently presented to IIs and it could have inspired the strategy of buying in through a US listing | cmackay

17/6/2021 10:04 | How long would this cross-listing have been known/planned, and how much recent volume can be attributed to it? | cmackay
