We have an announcement of an IPO of an investment which has already gone up by another 50% in 6 months, promises lots of launches, the end of Tern financing it on its own and we are down on the week

Crazy

'will be launching'

The company has already deployed Wyld Mesh into the healthcare sector and through its partners will be launching into retail, stadiums, transportation hubs and other sectors.

page 4 at

that word 'launch' again:

Wyld Networks sees great potential in Wyld Connect for satellite-based IoT solution, which is currently being tested with Eutelsat, its partner satellite operator. Pilots are being conducted with large partners in Q3 2021. The solution is planned to be launched commercially starting in the fourth quarter 2021, coinciding with the deployment of several LEO satellites.

"which they have watched for a decade without earning a penny"

You do spout some dreadful nonsense. I'm 152% up which I regard as good although I think there's more, much more in fact, to come.

You have to wonder about the mental health of nutters who troll the internet 24/7 trying to find if Microsoft are going to buy a share in a penny dreadful share they own ,which they have watched for a decade without earning a penny, and actually savagely diluted by 9 uses of their cash .

The huge - and comuic- irony is that an upward spike happens each time " news" happens, rapidly followed by a fall from grace.

The share price is of course controlled by shrewd band of p&d merchants , however the LTD Muppetes are too besotted to see that.

ps I see a love affair blossoming between the South Downs and a golf course - hahahahahahah!!!

As a LTH it feels good to be invested in TERN plc right now.

Over 200% gains since 1 January 2021 (6.9 pence mid price) with the knowledge it will further multi bag in the coming weeks and months to true enterprise value.

yes there is a pattern, start it red.

I was thinking back on Tern's stake in wyld, it dropping to 60%, which is a downside.

on the other hand:
from now on, new investors will be putting money into Wyld. After Tern's initial stake in the IPO it should be the end of placings at tern to help fund Wyld.

With every exit it makes, Tern is derisked from future financial obligations. And derisking should lift a share.

Also 60% of a billion dollars (stateside valuation of Wyld?) is worth a lot more than 79% (or whatever the old holding was) of an AIM rated spin-off value at $100m max.

So IPO-ing Wyld seems a good idea.

The secret is knowing when to bail out, Wednesday p.m. saw a peak and the start of a double top, easy to spot if you are not in lurv with the share.

All "good news" now out, only one way to move.

Good morning Sid et al, welcome to another BLUE FRIDAY, IMO it will be another day when the shorters try to drive the share price down to save what little skin remains , whilst the blue boys push upwards.
Momentum is all important sand to gold good luck everyone.
