12/6/2021 07:55 | RWV, wyld is now valued at £8m, so if it doubles on Day 1 of listing it adds approx £4.8m to tern m cap, if it then doubles on Day 2 another £9.6m is added to tern m cap., and so on and so on. A great multiplier effect has been set in motion now.. And FVR,DA and Invma still to show their hands. Exciting times | still waiting
12/6/2021 07:46 | What the market values Wyld at in the future will determine how the ipo effects tern shareholders. Wyld is now in a position where future events can be reflected directly in its value. So contracts satellite launches etc can soon be valued. As it is with Tern companies good news just washes by and adds nothing. It shouldn’t be like that but that’s how AS plays it. At least Wyld can now be assed and money do the talking. | ![]() robberywithviolets

12/6/2021 07:25 | IPOs are great to build companies up, but when you look at what holders have had to give away its not so great, we have lost nearly 20% of Wyld for £300k, all the high valuations on here meant nothing, we will find it hard to trade on the Swedish exchange as well. So our share of Wyld is valued at £4.7million up from Nav at £4.1 book value in Jan but we have had to put £300k in so we have gained £300k, of course Wyld staff and management will want a piece of the offering and Tern management and others . So going to IPO Wyld is valued at just under £8 million, do holders think we would of been better off selling WYLD or going to IPO? I personally hope D/A does not go to IPO and is sold because of all the losses incurred to holders on an IPO, remembering the set up of D/A B holders etc etc, how much percentage of D/A would we hold if it did go to IPO? take off the D/A staff and others in the offering and I reckon we would be lucky to get 40% in any IPO, and don't even think of offering it at book value, selling it is better for holders here., | ![]() wardy333
