The company should get that backlog of 'small news' out. To keep it back till 30.6.21 (end of Q2) is just laziness and incompetence. And not to have have reported sweepie2's list by 10.7.21 (a new quarter) is just negligence. Why, otherwise, have a nomad?

This is a very long stage 3 to get one of the companies sold. A progress report would be nice, without needing to give too much away.

If the company does not inject enthusiasm then the share price will falter, eventually.

No news in 28 days is pushing it ..

At least buys will look like buys but unless we are in negotiations and therefore gagging orders AS needs to go for his failed strategy of being silent let alone all the shadowy placings over the past three years

ALP will have a say on if/when DA is sold. If DA is being pitched as solution agnostic then no rush to sell to MS unless a knock out bid. Yes, most likely to be a trade sale but equally, a big PE house with deep pockets might come along to buy DA and pump in the capital needed to take it to next level as a standalone IoT software security business.

A lot more effective (and cheaper) to buy the whole of Tern and take it private.

Forget about 56% of this and 26% of that, it would all go to Tern shareholders.

An offer of £350m would be close to £1 a share. I could live with that.

The question is could Microsoft?

And so much has happened in 3 years. I would add a nought to that 50 million figure today. I know the true Value of DA could be much more, but I am not a greedy man. I would be happy to take 500 million this year for DA. This would multi bag the share price and put TERN on the corporate radar.
