All very nice for Microsoft, but it doesn’t mean they are buying DA. It doesn’t mean they are not but some assume it’s a done deal for vast amounts. We could of had an agreement to all the big boys that DA wouldn’t be sold to a competitor, we know so little and so many possibilities we just can’t assume MS is chomping at the bit saying “just name your price then...”

When I spoke to Bruce Leith at the investor conference 3 years ago, he said they’d had approaches to buy DA. I can’t remember the exact figure but £50 million springs to mind. Hopefully, 3 years on, it’s worth a lot more...

Wardy, that logic makes sense, it would allow the owner of DA to have a lot of power over the lifetime, 10-15years.

Wardy, I agree; after the staggering Microsoft Azure results last night , Microsoft won’t want anyone else taking Keyscaler away from them.

I think Microsoft will pay a premium for the privilege too. Not long now.

Azure would appear to be winning the battle of the IoT platforms at the moment and the larger enterprises have only just started to go large scale on IoT.

What was holding them back? The ability to onboard at scale, secure data at scale and manage the lifecycle of the devices at scale. Guess who they need to give them that capability? Device Authority.

Throw in FVR, Wyld, Talking Medicines and InVMA and I think we have ourselves one seriously solid investment.

S/W.. cannot see MSFT just taking a percentage they will want 100% so discussions would involve plenty of people TERN and the other owners.
Won't be much longer I think MSFT will move soon , there is a danger in someone else making a bid , think we can forget about anyone taking a slice of D/A it will be all or nothing.

ALP and Tern know exactly what they're doing re the exit and its timing of Device Authority. The owners of DA are very shrewd cookies, that's for sure. It will happen at exactly the right time for maximum exit value, imho. I am pleased to leave this in greater hands than mine. Just look at DA's superb team, our advisers and our global partners.

It is all absolutely superb. KeyScaler, built from scratch, now the FIDO industry standard. Al Sisto and team did all this. What a superb achievement!

So, we wait for the sale of DA. There have been sufficient clues out there to suggest that this won't take much longer. I am waiting patiently, as I'm sure all real investors are here. "Golden Tickets" and "Patience" - but hey, I think we are now nearly there. Kind regards to all, and excellent posts and research on here. Thank you!

For newbies none of this has been released by Tern, always a frustration but the investments are delivering and adding to any potential exit value
Last day to vote before the AGM you would have thought AS would have released some of these to persuade shareholders to vote all the resolutions through. Just so strange if there is no negotiations to remain stum on everything happening but has form so maybe he can't change, one thing is certain this year is Albert's last year unless he delivers

Not much changes here. Trolls trolling, Arch Rampers ramping.In between some great research. Won't get any news until next week imv.One point though. The steady rise in share price presumably means AS is happy with the way everything is moving along. If the looming update is less than positive I would suggest we would have known by now because the BoD have a duty not lead investors up the garden path.

Just seen the MSFT results, very good now show us the money here, don't think they have a choice they will have to buy D/A, predict a fairly stable day here today with buyers moving in late Thurs and Friday expecting Sisto to say something before or during the AGM and shareholder brief. S/P should be 15p or better by Friday P/M.
