Ublox. Big rise this morning of 7% could be Rns saying they've pulled out of trying to merge with Telit, which has pleased investors, The telit Sp doesn't seem to be able to break through the 200p resistance level, hopefully the trading update will push the share price up..

There should be a replacement DBAY RNS to the one issued on Friday, where a digit was missing on the following purchase over 2m, which took DBAY from 15.72% to 18.04%

"Purchase 2,68,0000 GBP 1.85"

they have I believe
iot , 5g, input in dell computers, Malhotra in India, one of the Chinese telecoms,
south Korea, USA, something to do with phone masts, etc

but the iot is the exciting one

Great bit of research Timmy. Telit is a future rising star of IOT and companies are trying to steal it from us, just because Covid 19 has hammered all shares..this should be trading above 300p already hence all the interest. Telit BOD should sit tight and tough it out. I hope the trading statement gives us a nice re rate..hold on imho

Good point, I only read the 2.43pm holdings RNS, as I couldn't be bothered with all the usual notifications. Looks like Dbay going for a second bite via the back door, others seem to be piling in as well...this is worth minimum 300p now, much more in a couple of years. Let's see what the trading statement is going to say as mentioned in the Telit RNS yesterday.

Either they've got a decent business in a high growth market or they've been lying in their results commentary.

If they're doing well with a bright future then sub 300 sale is shareholder theft.

Weatherman.Thats how I see it, Ublox haven't said there walking , Telit want more how much more is anyone's guess, and they are trying to force Ublox into making a higher offer by the termination of talks yesterday, I'm hoping ublox come back with say 280p . on a different note over 10 million shares traded yesterday that's some volume.

Unless it starts with a 300p, it's not worth discussing imho. Telit are on the verge of something special (look what can happen with tech firms like Tesla, that's ridiculous if you read latest news, Valuation more than the top 5 global car makers in the world, and just about breaking even on very low volumes compared to peers). Telit of course not on the same scale, but same theory applies to IOT firms, another good example was ARM very undervalued for a very long time. GLA, Adyor!

So, U-BLOX have not folded their position - but have until the 18th Jan to make a firm offer - indicative at 250p in shares. Presumably, though the TCM management would have consulted the major shareholders to agree that the offer is insufficient. Unless U-BLOX improve their offer it is hard to see this progressing.

Any offer needs to start with a 3. As I said in my previous post Telit are being seriously undervalued on historic comparisons. Telit will be trading above 300p again on their own within a year or so judging by the comments from the BOD. I expect a strong trading statement in the next few weeks. Aimho Adyor!

Not gone into hibernation yet, missus made me walk a 3 mile round trip, still I guess it all helps maintain sanity.

Great close, better than I was expecting, obviously a few savvy bargain hunters buying the dip, just one to tuck away, bid, no bid, let’s see what they have to say.

Markets are active, some sector rotation going on, not a market to be on the sidelines, just yet. Bought a mixture of stocks today.

I've never heard such a load of nonsense...you don't work for DBay or a brokerage do you??? it sure looks like some subtle deramping coming from you and your buddy.

Let's not forget this was at 360p before OOZI rocked the boat a couple of years back, happily all that baggage has been sorted out by the new board and IOT is getting bigger all the time especially with Covid 19 forcing companies to use more and more remote technology solutions. I think the BOD of Telit are well aware of this and are playing hard ball with potential suiters and rightly so. Telit could be much bigger than it is in the very near future and once the lockdowns start coming off I think Telit will be a very strong growth story again... AIMHO ADYOR!!!!!
