Notice that Ublox shares up 3.5% so far today, is it because Dbay pulled out ?or because Ublox pulling out, Telit seems to be falling quickly now down 18p which i imagine Dbay will be enjoying also a big short was opened yesterday 460k shares , Maybe rumors that Ublox not upping there offer Tellit walking, only guessing but seems a hefty fall because Dbay pulled out, I was thinking maybe drop 8p to 12p , hopefully we will get another Rns, Dbay being major holder could be causing problems..

U Blox paper could be worth a lot more than the market thinks, their share price is currently very low based on historical valuations, so merger would more than likely create savings and other synergies. Telits and U Blox IOT market still high growth so I favour the merger at the right price 300p in paper would seem fair

Seen that Rns, muchodinero, sit tight as the shysters will be out to get shareholders to sell , Don't panic the board stated there case and in my opinion correctly, I wish it was goodbye Dbay but they will be pulling strings believe me !

Re. RNS..Someone just bought 509,000 shares for 199.27p and price goes down to 192.50p, Offer on table for 250p in u-blox shares. Doesn't make sense, who's manipulating the SP?

Agreed weatherman, not long till Friday, could also release Rns sooner even today, long term I think telit great company to tuck away thinking 6 months before payday.

A dual listing would make sense if a merger goes ahead with UBLOX - TCM are negotiating what will hopefully be an acceptable merger for UK shareholders. If you look at UBLOX, they have been over 200CF, now down to about 60CF. There is scope for a rerating after a merger, if properly structured.

I think Ublox will increase there offer, I would be delighted with a merger , hopefully with the larger company the share price will increase gradually also with currency flucations this will work in Telit shareholders favor, the market is corrupt trying to scare small holders to sell no doubt Dbay still buying in, Dbay constantly short shares to make there millions I'm holding longterm .GLA.

The mantra from those who deal in M and A is that your business is worth what someone will pay for it. In this instance the owners of the shares (us) are being made an offer, but that offer is not really 250, because it is in shares in an overseas company. So the market takes a view on what IT thinks those shares will be worth when the acquisition takes place. At present that number is 200.
This is highly unlikely to be a grand conspiracy and much more likely that 'the market never lies'
To go higher it needs u blox to up it's offer (which will be discounted by the market if it is still in 'paper' (shares)). Or it needs another player to come along and offer Hard cash.
200 is not awful considering the recent history. I have it stop-lossed at 190.
But the price will not rise unless someone offers more.

Ascov, The share price is being held down by Dbay shysters, has been for weeks , also totally disagree with your comments regarding Ublox, why would the share price drop to 200p , more likely to rise to 300p, were are you getting 🤔 your reasoning from, Telit is worth more than 250p and I'm sure this will be proved over the long term.

I refer you to post no:7168. Very unlikely a conspiracy, very likely the market rates it at around 200 for the good reason that if ublox buy it , your new shares will be down to the equivalent of 200 in moments...........

weatherman, I'm sure Dbay are behind all of the share price manipulating which has been going on for weeks, either them or there other cohorts are shorting, hopefully its being looked at by the city regulators.

I see any offers for serious consideration will need to be in the region of 300p based on Telit response yesterday. I don't mind if U Blox offer shares, much better than those bunch of cowboys at D bay trying it on with yesterdays shenanigans offering 190p then buying up shares at 194.8p..aimho Adyor!

Timmy11: Agreed, No way any share price stays static like this ,D Bay obviously manipulating as you say, U BLOX share price down which if it stays that way will mean more shares for holders if they are the eventual winners, I doubt D Bay will match there offer, I also feel the reason U Blox not making any comments is that the discussions are going well , otherwise I think they would have come out with some sort of statement, not long till the 18 December .GLA.
