Hi all,

My mate Peter @Conkers3 and myself did a ‘Twin Petes Investing’ Podcast a few days before Xmas and part of our discussion includes TCM which I hold myself. We also chatted about loads of other Stocks and Ideas for research. The way I see it going if talks are going okay. 275/285p all share takeover from U Blox, with Telit owning about 55% of the joint company. Or 260/270p in shares and 15p special dividend for Telit shareholders from the £60million cash pile. Let's wait and see.

Great to see the share price recover, hopefully the market now starts to price in the possibility that we could have a possible deal at 260p + Be nice to get above 200p soon .GLA.

Disagree! if you check RNS's this week some big purchases between 195 to 200p by funds...this is going back up in my opinion, can't see the likes of D bay being that stupid the crash the price if they think the company was worth 195p to them and they hold 15% of the shrew!...you don't work for a hedge fund do you or have a large short me thinks...

I think ublox will put in offer above 250p but only about 260p , Tellit also seem keen on merger with ublox ,sometime early January will be all over.

I see it differently.
After market close 4.35 RNS extension to U-blox talks, could be better offer maybe 275p should be an interesting open to the market tomorrow. Not sure why price has fallen back to 185p anyway as D-bay and others have been buying heavily at upto 195p makes no sense as D-bay think company worth more otherwise they wouldn't be trying to block the U Blox offer of 250p

Ublox extension till 18 January 2021 , knew there was news that had leaked out, I guess there not giving Telit what they want, ie a better price, be interesting how the share price reacts tomorrow, with the shorters on board I see a fall.

In an all share deal with UBLOX it makes less sense to try and extract maximum value for TCM - instead they need to find fair value for both sides, then find cost savings, and synergies. We also need dual listing to keep shareholders from selling out prematurely.

Dbay are ruthless shark's shysters, they have brought many a company down by shorting there shares they also lend shares out nasty company , I hope Ublox put in a higher bid, I'm thinking maybe wrongly that Dbay will do all they can to prevent the merger with Ublox , so they will bring the share price down keep buying low and then be in a position to go for a hostile takeover wouldn'tbe surprised if the massive block of shares they bought have been shorted , I'm only guessing but seen this before.

Well D Bay just causing themselves and other shareholders trouble cause Telit BOD won't play ball with them. Dbay shooting themselves in the foot as the bought massive block of shares circa 195p, pathetic game their playing. I hope UBlox come back with better offer as I will definitely go for that, much better than Dbay who are just a bunch of Spiffs..
