Re D Bay , surprisingly they offered so little, yet trying to block U Blox, feel we will have another Rns sometime today from UBlox , share well down, but this could be D Bay manipulating the market get holders to sell, notice Dbay quotes Warren Buffet on its website, and we all know how he made his Billions.

Dbay offered £1.90 and the board said no. Dbay are still here so let's hope they are as good at negotiating as Boris. £3.20 is my take out target, by who knows.

owenga : I will read that again , I thought they had terminated all talks with lantronix and without being granted an extension they were automatically out, re there own statement earlier on ,the very first Rns.

I think it’s very positive that they let one company extend to the 18th December.

It means it must have been a sensible offer and now there will be a bidding war between the two interested companies.

This should rise up to the 18th imho
