I know the TEK Chairman has talked about special dividends on an exit, but has he ever indicated what the split might be between reinvestment/management bonus/ special dividend?

There are several competitors that are BIG businesses that use Potassium Chloride as referred to in buywells previous post

To answer a recent post: the TEK Board's strategy is an exit strategy: to return money to shareholders from the existing investments as these get sold and fold the companty. This is likely to take two more years. I don;t see any fund raising for new investments. They are public about this: If I can find the YT copy of an Investor Meets Company pres earlier this year I'll post it.

Please can you tell me where the news report was that goes into the safety glasses..

I think that is a solution for production and other factory situations where noise makes it a problem contacting leaders.

Buywell2..On May 31st the cash position is 2.5 million dollars.What is your view regarding the possibility of another placing either to fund another investment or one of the 3 remaining investments.Micro salt and Lucyd are raising cash so should not need more cash but that leaves Guident which imv likely will.My concerns are holding me back from buying mores shares atm.Many thanks for your excellent research.Ash

RSI peaked at 75 so overbought a pull back is healthy a couple of trading days sideways is good let the RSI cool off Just wait for the salarius update lets hope for a big announcement for their product to be snapped up some major crisp brands i think its due in September
