19/8/2021 10:34 | I never fail to read 'Potato Processing International' and this month there's an interview with the Salarius CEO starting page 24. | ptolemy
19/8/2021 08:42 | Good morning BELL is now at an all time high. TEK still has 17% of BELL shares. Presumably these will impact TEK's own share price in due course. | maytrees
16/8/2021 22:11 | A little bit of an unfortunate day to release results with uk market having a wobble. US closed up and strongly fwiw I won’t be selling any of mine any time soon. We are undervalued based on these results, undervalued even more based on current valuations and likely to be significantly undervalued based on the outlook for each of our 4 main investments. I wouldn’t be surprised if each of our investments were worth more than our current market cap within a 2 year time frame. AIMHO GLA BTG | btgman
16/8/2021 16:30 | Faz, thank you. I suppose then that because it's even mentioned in TEK's Results, such services are actually by "TEK", as opposed to one or more individuals who happen to be on the TEK Board. If that is the case, I don't see it necessarily as a concern - all close intimate relationships. I will assume that everything done is in the common cause of success for the portfolio companies. I still wonder about the reason for keeping it quiet and in whose interests. Think I'll drop them a line. | hew
16/8/2021 16:04 | If they do business between each other eg consultant services of the TEK board for Lucyd they dont have to disclose them | faz
16/8/2021 13:01 | All looks good, now and for future. No surprise that shares basically unaffected as the Interims (seemed to me) to contain nothing new, apart from specific numbers - ok. I would though appreciate the thoughts of those with longer experience of TEK than me about the first sentence under "9. Related party transactions The Group has taken advantage of the exemption in IAS 24 "related parties" not to disclose transactions with other Group companies. During the period the Group did not employ any services of non-Group companies meeting the definition of related parties." Plenty of detail given in the April Results on the same topic and obviously plenty to explain then. But any now? And if any, shouldn't details be given? The financial relationship between TEK and the portfolio is key. I guess that something under IAS 24.11 may apply, perhaps one of the first two items listed in I'd still like to know what's what! | hew
16/8/2021 09:00 | On the back of the news update I have this valued at 29p. The good news for shareholders and potential buyers at the current share price there are a few lucrative RNS updates due in the coming months that could significantly push up the share price | danmart2

16/8/2021 08:10 | Based on current net asset position I would have thought a 35p share price to be more appropriate without further news from the portfolio AIMHO GLA BTG | btgman
16/8/2021 07:25 | Fantastic results from TEK Capital the current position regards a significant part of the portfolio is compelling to say the least:- Bell value in accounts $12.77m over $20m Lucyd value in accounts $$7.9m currently crowd funding based on a $20m valuation Microsalt (Salarius) $3.64m currently crowd funding with a $5m valuation Tha above is my interpretation of what I currently see regards TEK portfolio and would everyone to do their own research. 16/8/2021 05:23 | There is a world shortage of natural rubber and things look like getting ugly due to supply chain disruptions Artificial rubbers exist but have not proved very good --- thus far There is a species of dandelion that does the job as well as a type of shrub which was grown in the USA in the 2nd world war but BIG companies have not secured their own US supplies and so continue to depend upon the much genetically cloned rubber trees in Thailand --- trees that are now easy meat for all sorts of pests and diseases and are farmed in the main by small time farmers with a couple of hectares of trees So is there a patent out there for a rubber alternative for tires ? If there is it is worth a mint | buywell3
14/8/2021 09:20 | Danmart - thanks for the link - overall some reasonable analysis BUT there are basic mistakes such as quoting $32m of net assets and a market capital of $26m when the chart he presents shows its £26m (NOT DOLLARS) | joe say
14/8/2021 09:10 | Indeed Cheshire, one could argue the next 2 months could well be the making of TEK | danmart2
13/8/2021 22:29 | The analysis confirmed the view offered in the Investors Chronicle Magazine a few weeks ago. I think next weeks news could provide more momentum for a rise in the share price. | cheshire
13/8/2021 21:52 | Sorry link didn’t work [http] [http/] | danmart2

13/8/2021 14:49 | scooper - I tried to buy a few the other day, but the crowdfunding website says it doesn't accept subscribers from outside the USA. If any one else has had more success, do please post. | pldazzle
13/8/2021 12:53 | Lucyd are very hard working into this area like Google, wondering if there could be some technology transfer deal with the two. However retail of these glasses are v high margin and worth a certain fortune of money alone. | dewolf
13/8/2021 12:06 | CEO said the regen shocks are now testing imminently by one some automotive car companies. this can be either GM? Ford ? VW ? Tesla ? Perhaps a couple. | dewolf
13/8/2021 11:28 | ...would be interested to know whether anyone else has thought of doing that. I thought I might pick up say £200 worth just to see how it goes. Never really tried that Avenue of investing before. | scooper72
13/8/2021 11:27 | I noticed on the lucyd website it is also possible to buy shares in the company directly through their crowd funding system | scooper72 |
