Excellent post buywellFeels good to be in a share that is so diversified- in a way though is holds our share price back as each of the parts of floated would be much much more at this point in time than our Value

It is not just SaltMe nuts that is coming

The CEO has stated that MicroSalt is ideal for dry-surface topical applications including chips, popcorn, crackers, nuts and pretzels

buywell wonders what the big USA listed companies that make potassium chloride
( salt substitute) are thinking ?

Have to say I did the same this morning - I certainly believe in this company but I'm staggered by today's share price move

Still have a holding and am aiming to repurchase but if the price never returns then would be equally satisfied

I can't believe that a tv announcement that the fad commissioner has announced that the nation has a salt reduction goal carjack up the price of a company as with Tek. I was a holder and sold out today. I did not think that particular news should have such a dramatic increase in share price. It will take a long time for Salarius to come good. when it happens it has value but not at present good luck to new investors. I will back if it trickles down as it has done in the past few wweeks

Wonder if TEK shares will take off now in the US of A

Sold on the OTC exchange

Read that yesterday there was a buy of around 333,000 shares ( not checked --- will look)

Following todays RNS and the FDA actions on Sodium consumption

TEK could attract a somewhat belated American investment following

buywell takes his hat off to the clever guys at TEK that spotted the potential in the patents they chose to become the four companies that make TEK currently what is has become in what is a pretty short time

Too long for some that sold out a year or so back and others that bailed when funds had to be found double quick to convert the warrants into more Belluscura shares

As things stand all four companies are imho operating in hot growth areas as the TEK BoD have stated , all multi $ Billion sectors

They have just won a deal with one of the biggest supermarket/store chains in the world whilst operating Salarius on a shoestring budget

Likewise Lucyd is rapidly expanding sales outlets and doing deals with bigger retailers plus new frame styles are coming on line almost weekly and the exclusive Lucyd APP trademarked as Vyrb is due to be released in a couple of weeks time

Again Lucyd developed to where it is on a shoestring budget to have become a real contender with the likes of what Bose sell and at a big discount , plus much lighter and stylish and soon with Vyrb as well

Belluscura is going well --- oxygen concentrators that weigh just a few pounds and allow users freedom to still go out and have a semblence of normality are to be lauded --- plus they will sell because of their superior design attributes to other presently established (but worried methinks) competitors
Belluscura should be looked at imo as better than money in the bank right now

Lastly Guident --- this company could be sold quicker than many might think

The reason being that more USA states may now follow the other states that have mandated the use of Control Rooms to monitor/control AV's in emergency situations
One can only think this must be the way to go as common sense says there is a need for such real time monitoring and control

Guident are making sure that their software/operating/control systems have the lowest latency ( time for detection/and operational change needed) than other competitors

This alone will be a decision maker for fleet users

However with robotic machinery increasingly becoming a need as humans go sick due to Covid-19 and other health problems the use of what Guident have created is now being looked at by agricultural machine operators eg tractors and harvestors so they can be operated by a distant controller in the event of an urgent plan change or emergency --- likewise mining robotic machinery

So many uses and opportunities --- like last mile deliveries by land drones ---- increasing by the month as the lack of lorry drivers has highlighted

AV lorries operating NOW would have solved these supply problems --- AV's will imo be viewed as an answer to many problems

More RNS's to come soon

imo dyor

No Worries

TBH with Guident - i really have no clue - TBH who on any BB would understand in detail that level of tech in an untested market, that does even really exist yet ? certainly not me.. which i why I like TEK - because they are doing thier dilligence and looking forwards.. zero or hero ? either way its a facinating area to be involved in

Cheers - Have a good day nice to be above 30p again - feeling smug for my £10k top up @25 p

No problem might have been better if you associated percentage risk of failure so people could have an appreciation of your stance on TEK e.g 95% success 5% failure??

I haven’t come to that conclusion at all - I think they have a great portfolio - but as with every new growth start up there is always a risk.. not everything will succeed.

Lucyd could become a household name , or get acquired for its tech , or apple / google could bring out a superior tailored speccy product and suddently its not such a winner … that just life , but I think they are fantastic range of ideas and keen to seen what else TEK would be looking at in the futures

How have you come to the conclusion it could be sweet FA Belluscura has come to fruition and sales due this quarter Lucyd is rolling out its glasses in through various outlets which looks more promising as new deals are being done they are same price glasses to prescription ones so a mass market especially with the younger generation Microsalt is gearing up for mass adoption Guident is the unknown as it could be lost with the likes of tesla and google or amazon could come up with something better?? Those alone are worth multiples of mcap now and only going to get better

Well done Buywell - Got there first!

Salarius like all of TEK's investments have the potential to be huge or zero, I do like what they have picked, it shows a real insight into the efforts they put into the IP and paitent research.

How do you value Salarius ? Alone could eclipse Tek mak cap with a single deal..but at the moment is really at proof of concept and waving its flag for the industry .. the BOD look inpressive and i think if we can just sit tight over the coming years TEK will be a massive winner..

Guident also is very interesting could be a dot.com boom type stock or worth sweet FA...where the skill lies in TEK management.

The market has been slow to pick up on Mivrosalt in my view the speed at which they are progressing is incredible. I am surprised TEK is still available to buy in the 20's I doubt you will be able to buy in the 30's for very long. The size and scale of the market is truly something else

mr.oz ---- add popcorn to nuts

Several customers already are using MicroSalt in products such as almonds and tortilla chips.

Salarius has not waited around it is making things happen hence : ---- SaltMe products

Product Roadmap

MicroSalt intends to innovate on its technology and products even further and expand its reach to more geographical regions. The MicroSalt applicator innovation roadmap is divided into two categories:

Product line development:

The company anticipates rolling out a “80% less sodium” MicroSalt, an improved version of its current patented technology to further reduce sodium intake while providing the same full-level sodium flavor.

It is also developing a Himalayan salt product variation as well as salt satchels, all with expected launches in Q4 2021.

Business Expansion:

The company anticipates expanding into Mexico through its agreement with FXM in 2021, into LATAM in late 2021, and, through its agreement with GMI, to Asia in 2023.

MicroSalt also plans to penetrate the restaurant market by developing a special applicator for restaurants (for use on French fries, tortilla chips, etc.) in late 2021.

The SaltMe! branded snacks innovation roadmap is divided into three categories:

Flavor line extensions for current products
New product categories in snacks (i.e., nuts and popcorn)
Development of a MicroSalt applicator for home use

The SaltMe initiative has proved to be a success and w-----t like it

SaltMe sachets togther with SaltMe nuts( various) and SaltMe popcorn coming soon

New flavors of SaltMe chips also with imo guidance from w-----t on which ones ; as they know best

SaltMe" low sodium same taste" sachets however could imho eclipse all other prducts is the listed fast food and restaurant chains bite the coming FDA bullet
