Well I reckon Tosca's average is about 180p so if it's a takeover by someone else expect over 200p.

Guess Toscafund taking it private and then sorting it and relisting at a much higher price than here is more likely.

Either way - just get on with it!

There maybe some read across from Joules, with some of the issues they mention. However, they’re not apples and apples. In many ways, joules is a minnow in comparison.

This is currently nearing its NAV - it gets taken private before the BOD goes cap in hand to IIs again, imo.

- Net cash still positive at £12.7m at 14 August 2021. The Group guidance is upgraded to a net cash position by the end of the financial year to January 2022, one year earlier than previous guidance.

ยท The Group is currently experiencing limited negative impact from the global supply chain disruptions or rising inflation. The Group has a basket of mitigation strategies to minimise the impact of further supply chain disruptions as well as cost inflation.

joules premium brand store extremely poor results. lots of challenges on distribution front, wages and reduced foot fall. I am sure ted is not immune from it. I did buy some recently but concerned. do you think they need cash anytime soon or they are alright as accounts and deciphering is not my forte
any opinion is much welcome

Management seem to be doing a pretty decent job, I would say, given the recent updates. Well ahead of most KPIs in respect of the turn around plan. Until we know otherwise, it's simply market sentiment that is driving the price down. It's only matter of time now before it gets taken private in my opinion. We're getting close to the NAV.

There is a difference between a brand being liked and company growing or making profit. I did like DEB till its last days too (shops, not the shares)
