Wouldn't do you any harm to lay on a bit of a spread next door.Have you thought of doing a 'steak night'? They seem very popular everywhere else.Throw in a pint and you'll be having to close the doors to stop the thread being overrun.

Rumours about Qatari's are shopping for more attractivily priced assets. Might be small beer for them though.
