......according to recent research.......... can I suggest that 'recent research' was done by some one with a vested interest in seeing that real estate market crumble?

The media is awash with people making that sort of comment without any checks or controls on the veracity of the research.

I'm not having a pop at you for your post KANWAR just ranting at the way the media is yearning for a double dip scenario.

It does make a mockery of the supposed transparency of the markets.

Day after day of small volume driving the share price and then masses of huge trades taking place without any description of who,what they are etc with no trade markers.

If it's shorts closing then they are being allowed to at very accomodating levels.
