06/7/2010 16:18 | Don't forget this. This will be bubbling away in the background. "Although insiders say no final decision has been made, work is ongoing. Cash from a sale or float could virtually eliminate Taylor Wimpey's debt which stood at £750m at the end of 2009, down from the £1.5bn it owed at the end of 2008." | ![]() spennysimmo

06/7/2010 14:50 | Was that 2600000 shares being bought back by a shorter? We know the routine Drip feed the stock onto SETS in dribbly little amounts that keep SETS and the share price moving down and then once it is plenty low enough buy all the stock back again in one trade that doesn't register on the book. [I realise my logic doesn't take account of the big sell trades that also don't hit the book] You'd have to think something strange is happening today with all those big trades and also the share price being pegged at 26p. | barf2
06/7/2010 14:21 | now looking very good ;-) | wig123
06/7/2010 14:14 | bwtfdik ;-) | wig123
06/7/2010 14:14 | Looks to me as though a firm instruction has been left today though. 'Do not let this go above 26p!' 'but won't that look a bit obvious if there's solid buying and the general markets have a good day?' 'OK but only a bit above' Also, the graph doesn't warrant studying too hard.Todays push up could very easily just be an uptick in a down leg. I'd like to see a more significant move up before I believe a corner has been turned.Somewhere around 28p | barf2
06/7/2010 14:12 | now that would be painful for leveraged shorts lol! | wig123
06/7/2010 14:11 | i'd imagine if a bid did come in we should move swiftly north of 60-70p just my opinion of course ;-) | wig123 |
