My divi always hits my Halifax account quickly, but my Halifax ISA account seems to be a day later.

I'm an IG customer but seriously thinking of jumping ship. Over the last 15yrs their charges have gone through the goddam roof. Daily interest charges for u.s bets are massive.

m4rtinu, I supply a company called United Living that concentrates on building social housing for local authorities, I Doubt there would be any profit in it for the main house builders & would not think they would either want to get involved.

If councils take advantage of borrowing to build for rent, who do we think they might team up with? How would this affect TW and others? Or is it a non-starter?

Any thoughts?

House prices should remain well underpinned for the significant future given annual Net migration. That's before indigenous births amongst the British populace.

I don't see Demand falling anytime soon...so companies such as TW should do fine.

Ah TradeMunkie2. Just checked out your profile summary of recent posts. I suggest everyone do the same before they try and have a rational discussion with you.
It appears you offer the same sage like musings to a vast variety of boards. I may be wide of the mark here but I have a sneaky feeling you just like to spout negativity to wind up genuine investors.
Thanks, but no thanks... Filtered.

Once the recession takes play it's going to be incredible.
