This is an interesting article just out...

And how convenient!

"The government's Help to Buy equity loan scheme was introduced shortly after the bonus scheme was established."

WFL,

They won't "get it" until it's too late I'm afraid.

They're all here congratulating themselves and totally missing the bigger picture.

It's a very common mistake by amateur investors.

Are some people currently somewhere between denial and fear...? Desperation follows soon after fear...

Unfortunately, most builders 200MA now heading south.

WFL😊 I thought the mole grips were going to twist the whole box of tricks off at one stage. Mighty relieved when the tap head started to move... two hours and 10p for a new washer. Working fine no drips 👍

I Don't see any of the directors selling, I Wonder why? TW.are my biggest customer I probably no more about them than any other company that's what keeps me very comfortably invested in them, I know many people from site to directors & all appear optimistic for the future when and if that changes I may start to worry.

Wow, what a short these builders are this year, Telford Homes down from 5 to 3 in months....wasnt that long ago TW were 18p....never really recovered from the awful merger, sub 80p by xmas, dividends will all be chopped. Brexit UK going down the toilet.

When all the disgruntled Persimmon share holders sell up and switch to the more stable TW the price will be back up near 190p ;-)

JUG, we look in the late stage of this bull market imv, might be worth at least
considering.
Appreciate timing is very difficult and if you really are convinced of value,
fair enough.

IF I / We were younger and into long term investing I'd take the current market as a great investment opportunity, as it is, it's now time to set off for lunch at the local as we're not into cooking either.
