31/7/2018 10:31 | I have one very detailed question from accounts if anyone can help. Current assets: Trade and other receivables = £M 155 Current liabilities: Trade and other payables = £M 1115 So around 8x more for the latter. Although these amounts have not changed much in the reporting period, what does the scale of the difference represent. Cheers. MU | m4rtinu
31/7/2018 10:27 | The share price will follow the fundamentals. (Peter Lynch) | calabrian

31/7/2018 09:10 | Hmmm The results were OK. Reads very much as here we are then. Steady state and here is the cash return. The fact they have done the stress tests is positive. So, all dependent on interest rates, help to buy etc OR some inflation that will make things more affordable as long as wages rise too. inflation without wage growth will make this a sticky place to be | marksp2011
31/7/2018 08:45 | Not much encouragement here, looks like they've given up on TPs: 31 Jul Shore Capital N/A Hold 31 Jul Peel Hunt N/A Add | gbh2

31/7/2018 07:50 | Be interesting to see what gets said, as there is nothing new in the trading update (apart from the £30M exceptional). Reassuring re Central London though. | disneydonald
31/7/2018 07:41 | Looks steady, imo might see the share price ca 190p by October ex divi date. | gbh2

31/7/2018 07:12 | All looks to be on track to me. I liked this part...... From 2019, increased Ordinary Dividend Policy of approximately 7.5% of Group net assets and at least GBP250 million per annum through the cycle (up from 5% and at least GBP150 million per annum), bringing 2019 total dividends to c.GBP600 million or c.18.3 pence per share (2018: c. GBP500 million) It certainly beats 1% interest in a deposit account :-) | tlobs2
31/7/2018 07:12 | 2019 dividends 18.3p | calabrian
30/7/2018 23:13 | I suspect Wimps need to provide a positive update on their London business. Unlike their peers BDEV and PSN Wimps are committed to London, and as we know London is slowing. Also, given the weekends poor press re leaseholds Wimps need to reassure that that is behind them. | disneydonald
30/7/2018 20:20 | I hope for more battue but the share price is so well under the heel of the Fund managers I simply cannot envisage any sudden large scale move in either direction. | gbh2
30/7/2018 19:08 | gbh2 I think you are somewhere near with your prediction here. | battue2
30/7/2018 18:37 | I have no idea. Everything I hold that has reported in the last month has gone down. Some of the results have been great with strong forward statements | marksp2011
30/7/2018 18:10 | A tree shake before tomorrow's spike up. | corlis
30/7/2018 16:44 | So it'll be back to 175p on good results and sub 170p on anything less :( | gbh2
30/7/2018 15:39 | Disappointing performance given it's results tomorrow! | gbh2
30/7/2018 11:47 | Detrimental artical in ft weekender about lease hold property's sold by TW.It said other company's were also doing it but mentioned no names.Seems we were singled out.At least TW is the only company setting aside money to help. | peteret
29/7/2018 21:08 | if so i will be buying more | iceman82
29/7/2018 21:04 | Needs some positive, Forward looking comments, otherwise sub 170p for quite some time imo. | gbh2 |
