28/5/2010 13:08 | Analyst Comment by Glynis Johnson at Deutsche Bank Signs of profit margin improvement should appear late this year, bolstering investor confidence, analyst Glynis Johnson said in a note to clients. more U. K homebuilders including Barratt Developments Plc and Taylor Wimpey Plc are likely to see "rapidly" improving profitability through 2013 as the companies build on land purchased at a discount, Deutsche Bank AG said. Signs of profit margin improvement should appear late this year, bolstering investor confidence, analyst Glynis Johnson said in a note to clients. Land costs now represent the smallest proportion of house prices in almost two decades, she said. Homebuilders re entered the land market in the middle of 2009, picking up plots at prices that had fallen more than 50 percent from their 2007 peak, Johnson said. | ![]() trendfloor

27/5/2010 22:07 | smurf, the high intraday volatility and the length of the daily bars makes the tw chart look a mess right now. It is unpredictable. What I will say is that fair value right now is around 36 however the weekly trend is still down. Anyones guess right now and like all other property stocks this will get swept along with the direction of the market, lead by the US/DOW. That is my view right now. | ![]() spennysimmo
