My Mentor (who died a multi millionare)Said always buy when others are selling.
IMHO the markets are due to start moving upwards possibly by about 500 points in the next 4-6 months.Been treading water for far to long considering the economic improvement. I am in the building industry & supply Tw, & I have had the best January for orders that I have ever had since I took over my family business 33 years ago & from what My customers tell me there is plenty more to come.

Very easy to panic sell, But I have been investing for 35 years & not planning to sell these for anything less than £3.00 IMHO a very good long term hold.

In fact Carney has removed the link to 7% and stopped forward guidance according to the FT.

It's only a few percent off it's multi-year higha. Hardly fear!

In fact, the BOE commented that they are in no rush to raise interest rates

The threat of an interest rise is creating investment fear in the house building industry that's likely to continue until the bank of England come out with some definitive statements imo!

The UT trade being the result of an auction means that any buys are equally matched with a similar amount of sells.

After a good run, some profit taking was inevitable. I have noticed that after close for the last few days UT's have been buying around a million. So if the 'experts' are buying, I'm holding and look forward to the push North of 120p.

It seems to be a matter of "bye, bye" rather than "buy". As soon as it gets close to 120p the share price goes into reverse.
