02/1/2014 23:51 | Trystano - No problem. It's no surprise that when housbuilding is doing well, January is an excellent month for housebuilders' share prices. Reason being there are plenty of other companies with trading statements and they often move in sync. In case you are interested, here are the other January trading statement dates (bundled closely together). Persimmon - 8th Jan Barratt - 14th Jan Wimpey - 15th Jan Bovis - 16th Jan El1te | el1te

02/1/2014 22:30 | 115 will be the next price target that the traders will take this to. It is very significant resistance having been tested three times already. We may get to 115 tomorrow. This share is showing great relative strength. Even if the FTSE has a another bad day, this could still rise a percent and a bit to hit 115. It needs good volume to break through 115, though, as a lame attempt will be seen as weakness and the selling will come in. If this does happen there is significant rise trendline support, which comes in around 107/108. | trystano
02/1/2014 21:27 | If it sticks to the form of the last two months I expect to see 108 again before we see 116. | aspers
02/1/2014 21:13 | question is will it break 114 or slide all the way back to 104 ? I guess if I knew the answer to that I would be a millionaire | martin.sadler

31/12/2013 10:48 | If you say so, Trystano | homeboy35
31/12/2013 10:28 | The likeyhood now that 110 is broken is that the bulls will aim for the 52 week highs at around 115.Look out on a daily chart you will see an ascending triangle, a continuation pattern. This next attempt at 115 is ripe to break it this time, so we could see a sharp rise on good volume once 115 is cleared.Let's see what happens... | trystano
31/12/2013 10:14 | Lol, believe me, they try! ;) | scrabble1975
