SP has done well over last year but I still think the future has too much potential for political interference, ok I thought this would create share value 12 months ago but now I'm concerned it may have the opposite affect in a few months time!

1024 GMT [Dow Jones] Shares in Persimmon (PSN.LN) rally after the housebuilder said it had a strong finish to 2013. Liberum Capital says while sales came in ahead of expectations, the strength of the order book (+55%) and increase in the number of sites gives it confidence on the outlook for 2014. "The lack of detail on margin also means that there is scope for more good news, with FY results coming in February," add analysts. Liberum rates the stock at 'hold', as it argues there is better value elsewhere in the sector, such as Barratt Developments (BDEV.LN), Bellway (BWY.LN) and Taylor Wimpey (TW.LN), all of which Liberum rates at 'buy'. Considering the number of shares in circulation it seems to me the share price is being pushed around on relatively low volume!

Wouldn't say it's priced in. Just looks like it needs a profit-taking breather. The recent run has been without any real dips, and that's broadly true across the rest of the housebuilders. I was hoping for it to close slightly down yesterday, but it didn't.

TW. UP 2.5P NOW UNCHANGED.

BDEV UP 4P NOW DOWN 4P

BWY up 13p now down 23p

All within the spave of 50 minutes.

Its a funny old world.

I am in at .27 Very pleased with progress, & have no plans to sell in the next few years, Made that mistake with nextmany years ago, (bought for 56p & sold for £7.00 Now look where they are!

My current ave is 103p, I sold a few last time we saw 115p but now I'm waiting to see the next set of figures.
