I was attracted to PSN by the special divi situ. However they have all done well and will continue to do so for some time to come as I said previously on another TW. thread.

It may be marginally ahead of itself but given all the background of low price landbanks, our island status, unfettered immigration even for the foreseeable future and fundemental shortage of new housing stock, its possible it will tread water for a few weeks until the next good news arrives. But be out of them at your peril.

THE NEXT GOOD NEWS ARRIVED TODAY!

hillbrown, fully agree with you. I only hold BDEV & TW. but I reckon this is just the start. I shall certainly not be thinking of selling for some time.

I should think that Builders in general will have a series of upgrades over next few months and could put on another 15/20% dont forget the Builders Merchant who supply material.

Travis Perkins has over 600 branches in the UK and should benefit on building and the Infrastructure next year.

I can see them moving 10% 0ver next few weeks I hope so because I just bought some today at £13.69p

HUMBLE PIE!

I last posted here in 11231. I certinly did not see FTSE rising to 6500 in 6 months and the government throwing such money at the builders and TW going through 90p. However my saver on BDEV and later on Crest have kept me in the game so I am not too sad to be proved wrong.

Bye Bye folks,

I have posted here on and off for the last 2 years having bought in at 24.6p and 24.9p in Nov 2010. I sold half at 44.9p in Feb this year and the rest today at 60p.

I can no longer see an investment case for a further 50% increase over the next 2 years so I think it is time to get out and invest elsewhere with better prospects.

I have found all your posts fascinating, helpful and thought provoking but particularly those on Elliot wave theory.

I have put half the proceeds into BDEV which I still think has further to run and which feels like a rerun of TW but with a 12 month lag.

Good luck to all remaining traders and investors, I hope you prove me wrong.

3,230,576,218 ordinary shares of 1 pence each ('shares') 1st Feb 2013.
The above number of shares in issue will put a handbrake on a quick rise in share price It should go up but with a big weight to drag along.

Based on 2014 earnings and NAV of 61pps, a good budget, more support for new buy (big article in the Sunday times) we WILL see this hit 140 before long.

This is so underpriced in comparison with all the other builders.....same market cap as BDEV and they are sitting at 240p at the moment.....this really is a stock to buy and hold for another year....I really can see thus hitting 140 within that time.

Rally coming imo - Osbourne to help house buyers in the budget is the story - can only see investors getting more and more excited as the budget approches imo
