Face it his share tips are so good that he's having to give them away, the government want the economy to recover and the only way that's going to happen in the UK is to get the Housing sector working again.

Itchy....as they say pay your money and take your choice.I am happy to hold here fir the longer term and I really do see this being around 140 by 2014.......way way way under priced when you look at all the other builders with a huge land bank that they have been adding to on the cheap the past couple of years.

aspers - that's all been talked about for months and months and months, its all in the price. Any disappointment from the budget and you'd be likely to get a very swift correction. At the end of the day there isn't anything the Chancellor is going to say in the Budget that will make any tangible difference for a fairly long period of time for the house builders, in fact, nothing in the house building world moves quickly when you have consider the 'planning' issues, and George ain't gonna mess much with this ahead of the next election.
All IMHO of course, have a nice weekend all!

Montyhedge, are you putting the NAV ps of 61p with the basic EPS of 7.01p to make a valuation of 130p? I would be surprised to see it at this level until early 2014. Nice one for the pension fund though either way with the divi increasing.
