Scars - I have been hoping a lot lately!! not good when you are investing should be based on sound fundementals oh wait we have that so I guess the hope part is that we start to see valuation based on them!! now that would be asking for too much I feel...

Scars don't be silly we are still below the level prior to the decent IMS and re-financing news.. not sure what will make this puppy move north of 30p.

The good thing is that they would not have applied for a rating if they thought it was going to be anything but good....

This could be good.

got that bit - it's the 'nature' of the funding that made my brain ache!

Basically for the previous funding to be formally agreed they have to secure additional debt funding from other sources. Which they seem do be doing quite quickly, once that is finalised they will be in a much stronger position and have money to work with.

Was quite taken back this weekend driving down my road, where there have been 7 houses at for sale and sale agree for a few months. 5 have now moved to sold and the other 2 to sale agreed just over this weekend. Did someone kick start the housing market?

Howdy Eric - this is related to the recent refinancing agreement. It is good to see they are moving quick on this. It will be positive news if they succeed so its a wait and see.

You'd think people who take guidance from Panmure Gordon would question the credibility of their judgement if they can't manage their own business.

They've always stood out to me as the most 'off the pace'and deliberately provocative of all the brokers/tipsters.

I'm not close enough to this stock to understand if this is good or bad news but it seems on the face of it to be extending the life of their lending facilities.
